Luckily there's a high chance of that changing when she dies.
Yeah, it will be HMTK! The furor over Charles has died down over the years (was talk he would abdicate) so he will assume the mantle. If he does abdicate, or dies before his mother, it will be Little Willy with the hot wife!

Actually, do we have confirmation on this?

The boyfriend she chimped out over was an e-boyfriend.
If cows like Kailyn Wilcher can get laid, I assume Lindsay probably polished a few knobs here and there. While obviously a psycho, she at least looked ok a few years back. You wouldn't have had to put a bag over her head to do the deed!

But yes @Marvin I just assumed she must have gotten laid somewhere along the line. But I don't know definitively.

I don't dispute that she could've gotten laid. There's plenty of ho-hum homely chicks like Lindsay that would get banged in a new york minute if they actually sought out partners.

But many of them just dive into fantasyland instead. Maybe neo-nazi e-boyfriends were Lindsay's fantasyland?

That's what I'm wondering.

She was also legit necrophile.
I think the term "autophenophiliac" would be more precise. I don't think there's been any indication she wanted to fuck a corpse.

That blog post proves it, Lindsay really is the female Elliot Rodger. Half-Asian, rich, hates women, low-key nazi, generally unpleasant to be around and kills people just to be edgy.
Well, upper middle-class would more accurate, as there was this Facebook post screenshotted earlier in the thread where she bitches about other girls having nicer things than her. Insurance agents (such as her dad) aren't exactly paid peanuts, however.

Today's the day for the beginning of Lindsay's sentencing hearing! Here are a couple of articles that were posted last night/this morning, to whet your appetite. Splitting over two posts due to length.

High School friend says Halifax mall plotter had a 'creepy' interest in Nazism
'She was in my writing club and her writing was so violent and gory and visceral,' says former friend

High school friends remember Lindsay Souvannarath as quiet, clean-cut and weird.

She wore yellow high heels and bright lipstick to class at her middle-class high school in suburban Chicago. She joined a role-playing club that brought Dungeons and Dragons to life, liked creative writing and contributed to the year book.

It wasn't till later that Souvannarath embraced a "school shooter chic" aesthetic, as described in what appears to be her Tumblr blog featuring a pink swastika.

She became obsessed with Nazism, the Columbine shooting and a plot she nicknamed "Der Untergang" — a Valentine's Day shooting spree at a Halifax shopping mall, according to her former friends and a statement of facts in the case.

It's that plan to go on a murderous rampage at the Halifax Shopping Centre in 2015 that would lead to Souvannarath's downfall — and a sentencing hearing that begins Monday in Nova Scotia Supreme Court.

Souvannarath pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit murder last April, several months after Randall Steven Shepherd — a Halifax man described in court as the "cheerleader" of the shooting plot — was sentenced to a decade in jail. A third alleged conspirator, 19-year-old James Gamble, was found dead in his Halifax-area home a day before the planned attack.
'There was no defence'
Luke Craggs, Souvannarath's defence attorney, said in an interview he is recommending a sentence of 12 to 14 years, with credit for time served, while he said the Crown is recommending 20 years to life in prison.

He said his client, now 26, decided to plead guilty after a failed bid to have some social media messages tossed out.

"Once the Facebook messages were ruled admissible, then there was no defence," he said. "Once you see some of the conversations between her and Mr. Gamble, you'll understand why they said that."

Lawyers for the Crown have said there were "hundreds of thousands of pages" of evidence in the case.

The start of the conspiracy
The conspiracy can be traced back to December 2014, when Souvannarath and Gamble began an online relationship, exchanging explicit intimate photographs and a fascination with mass shootings, a statement of facts in the Shepherd case said.

The two began plotting an attack. They talked about weapons, ammunition, clothes, the number of dead, "whether they would taunt the victims," and whether to upload pictures to the internet as the massacre unfolded, the document said.

The two picked the Halifax Shopping Centre because it meant "mass panic," it said. They would start at the food court, which they thought would give them the best cover, using guns owned by Gamble's father as well as a knife, the statement said.

The massacre was to end with their own suicides.
Shepherd wasn't part of these conversations, but he knew what they were planning, and offered to provide bottles for Molotov cocktails. He planned to kill himself before the attack.

American Lindsay Souvannarath started to develop an interest in Nazism in high school according to a former friend. (Andrew Vaughan/The Canadian Press)

Souvannarath left her home in Geneva, Ill., on Feb 13, 2015, and flew to Halifax on a one-way ticket, allegedly carrying her "death outfit" and books on serial killers in her luggage.

But the plan began to fall apart before she landed in Nova Scotia.

Acting on a tip, police surrounded Gamble's home outside Halifax. He agreed over the phone to come outside, but instead shot himself in the head.

Meanwhile, Shepherd went to the airport on a city bus to meet Souvannarath, but was arrested while waiting.

Officers also sent online photos of Souvannarath to border agents at the Halifax airport, instructing them to detain anyone matching her description arriving on a flight from Chicago via New York.

When Souvannarath arrived, she was detained by the Canada Border Services Agency.

The arrests made international headlines and shocked Nova Scotians. The spectre of shooters opening fire in the food court of a popular mall threatened thousands of shoppers and workers and unsettled the city for months.

'Would have changed the face of Halifax forever'
One judge noted that it was difficult to imagine a crime more damaging to a community's sense of peace and security, while a Crown lawyer said the "horrible plan would have changed the face of Halifax forever."

As police in Halifax investigated the conspiracy, officers in Illinois were called upon to search Souvannarath's suburban two-storey home.

"They asked us to conduct a search warrant for her house," Geneva Police Department Cmdr. Julie Nash said in an interview. "We retrieved some computers, electronic devices and things like that."

She added that Souvannarath was not known to local police.

'None of us were surprised'
Yet her arrest didn't come as a surprise to a small handful of high school friends.

"When we heard the news that she got arrested at the airport for what she was planning on doing, none of us were surprised," Sabrina Szigeti, a former friend, said in an interview from Aurora, Ill.

In high school, she said Souvannarath displayed a "creepy" interest in Nazis.

"I met Lindsay in the role playing club in my high school," Szigeti said. "We played Dungeons and Dragons and that sort of thing."
She said Souvannarath made other students uncomfortable when she insisted on playing a Nazi ghost.

"Most of us would play gentle giants and elves," she said. "It was really weird."

Szigeti said there were other clues she was troubled, such as comments she made that "stupid people deserved to die."

"She was in my writing club and her writing was so violent and gory and visceral," she said.

However, Szigeti said she was "very quiet in class" and that "none of the teachers could have known" how disturbed she was when she graduated in 2010.

Five days set aside for sentencing
A spokesman for Coe College, a liberal arts college in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, confirmed that Souvannarath enrolled as a student in the fall of 2010 and graduated in 2014 with a bachelor of arts in English and creative writing.

Five days have been set aside for the 26-year-old's sentencing hearing at the Law Courts in Halifax.

On Monday, counsel will make submissions and read an agreed statement of facts into the record. The judge is expected to reserve his sentencing decision and come back later in the week.

Souvannarath is being held at the Central Nova Scotia Correctional facility in a Halifax-area industrial park, though Craggs said she will likely be transferred to a women's institution in southern Ontario after sentencing.

She's been in custody for just over three years.

As Valentine's Day mall plot sentencing begins, new details from court records
Nova Scotia prosecutors once planned to call lead investigator of Columbine massacre to testify

Blair Rhodes · CBC News · Posted: Apr 16, 2018 5:00 AM AT | Last Updated: 4 hours ago

Sentencing begins Monday for Lindsay Souvannarath, shown at Halifax provincial court in 2015, on a charge of conspiracy to commit murder connected with a planned Valentine's Day mass shooting at the Halifax Shopping Centre. (Andrew Vaughan/The Canadian Press)

The plan to bomb the Halifax Shopping Centre on Valentine's Day 2015 and open fire in the mall's food court was intended to mimic the 1999 Columbine massacre.

So much so that Nova Scotia prosecutors were preparing to bring the lead investigator from the infamous U.S. school shooting to Halifax to testify at the trial of two people charged in the shopping mall plot that was foiled by police.

That trial never went ahead after the pair pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit murder, and this morning a sentencing hearing begins in Nova Scotia Supreme Court for the second plotter, Lindsay Souvannarath.

But records submitted to the court before Souvannarath's plea shed light on some of the strategy the Crown would have used at trial. They also detail how evidence of the woman's "affinity for Nazism" would be handled in court, and concerns over enforcing publication bans on pre-trial motions in a trial that likely would have draw international attention.
Souvannarath was 23 when she was arrested at Halifax Stanfield International Airport on Feb. 13, 2015, after flying to Nova Scotia from her home in Geneva, Ill. She has been in custody ever since.

A co-conspirator, Randall Shepherd, a 20-year-old who lived in Halifax, had gone to meet her there and was arrested at the same time. He is currently serving a 10-year prison sentence for his role in the plot.

A third man involved, James Gamble, 19, killed himself at his Timberlea, N.S., home as police surrounded the house on the day of the arrests.

The three were so-called "Columbiners," people who considered Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold — the perpetrators of the Colorado school shooting that killed 13 and injured another 21 — to be heroes.

According to the court documents, the Crown maintains Souvannarath, Shepherd and Gamble started discussing their conspiracy online just before Christmas 2014.

As the Crown made elaborate preparations for what promised to be a lengthy jury trial, they planned to bring to Halifax Kate Battan, the lead investigator of the Columbine shooting, in order to explain what happened there.

CBC News reached out to Battan to try to gain her perspective on the Halifax case, but a spokesperson declined the interview request.

As deadly as it was, Harris and Klebold wanted the Columbine attack to be much worse. They had constructed bombs they tried to detonate.

They had also intended to detonate cars crammed with explosives outside the school. The car bombs were supposed to go off after first responders arrived to deal with the first casualties. None of their bombs exploded as they had planned.

Souvannarath's guilty plea a year ago caught prosecutors off guard, and came after a Nova Scotia Supreme Court judge ruled the Crown could use evidence obtained from her home state of Illinois.

Acting on a request from police in Nova Scotia, American investigators obtained a search warrant to access Souvannarath's social media accounts, including Facebook.

The three Nova Scotia conspirators were hoping their planned attack on the mall would equal or exceed the carnage caused in Columbine, according to court documents.

Like their heroes, Souvannarath and Gamble planned to use Molotov cocktails in their attack on the mall food court, the court heard at Shepherd's sentencing hearing.

As Valentine's Day approached, Shepherd decided he would not participate in the actual attack, but agreed to supply the makings of the bombs. When he was arrested, he had a gas can, a whiskey bottle and a lighter in his possession.

But while Harris and Klebold carried a small arsenal of guns and knives, the Nova Scotia conspirators had only a rifle and shotgun.

'Affinity for Nazism'
The trial preparation records show other details and concerns about how the case against Souvannarath would unfold.

The Crown did not intend to call evidence about Souvannarath's "affinity for Nazism or other racially charged materials except to the extent that it is inextricably bound to the conspiracy."

While the Crown intended to use Souvannarath's Facebook conversations against her, it planned to edit sexually explicit photographs that were part of the social media exchange among the conspirators. The woman has been described as Gamble's online girlfriend.

In addition to the contents of her social media accounts, the Crown also planned to use statements Souvannarath gave to Canada Border Service officers when she arrived in Halifax and a statement she provided to an undercover operator.

Because of the high-profile nature of the conspiracy and the fact Souvannarath is from the United States, the court worried about whether international media would respect a publication ban imposed by a Canadian judge on reporting things such as pre-trial motions or in-trial hearings where the jury was not present.

A researcher prepared a report, citing the case of B.C. serial killer Robert Pickton, which also attracted attention from international media.

The report suggested the presiding judge give a more detailed, explicit warning about the applicable publication ban at the start of the trial.

None of these considerations or details were applicable, because the two surviving conspirators avoided a trial by entering guilty pleas.

I've been going through the live tweeting of the sentencing hearing and found this to be interesting:

"Gamble and Souvannarath discussed who they wanted to target. Gamble wanted to target middle age woman, and people with “Obey sweatshirts.” Souvannarath and Gamble wanted to get the message out. They said that if they saw people filming or taking photos they would let them go."

So, I copied all the tweets from this one guy. He seemed to make the most. I haven't read them as yet as my day was crazy at work.

EDIT-Here are the tweets I found of most interest. So she has almost 6 years credit coming her way. If she gets 15 years, she will have to do just over 9 years, with maybe chance for parole after 6 or 7 years.

I think she is going to get 18 or 20, maybe even more. I think the court is going to take a hard stance with this one given magnitude of what might have been. Our pop is just under 400,000 and the total in the entire province is just over a million, so we aren't exactly a big place for something like that to have happened.

Bummed though that they wrapped the fucking thing up already!

Anyway, selected tweets here, all tweets by Quan next spoiler.

don't have the time to figure out the splitting of tweets, but I feel specifically the bit about how Lindsay's a woman involved in a plan by men shows a certain desperation in the defense so maybe it'll be 15 years or so? Also, I don't think she had Aspergers' because there's that forum post where she mentions pretending not to notice flirting at a bar similar to Lana Del Rey that displays social awareness I don't think someone on the spectrum would display. I'd link to it, but I have to go to work here soon.

Notable tweets picked out of the dump:
cockblocked :story: arrested at the airport on the way to lose her virginity lmaooo

Thought you'd like that one @Melchett ! You catch the part about the shared intimate images? Sadly those won't be able to be accessed without a court order. And that will NEVER happen as there is no probative value. So, all we get are the 3 volumes, 1200 pages, of redacted FB messenger convos about the plot and maybe some lover talk. So, confirmed Lindsay nudes of some form exist-BUT Never gonna see 'em. Unless their FBs are still active and a hacker goes hunting.

I will take an hour or two in summer and see if I can get the court file and have a flip through and make copies of anything worthwhile. Hopefully there is more available than just the FB crap. But since she pled guilty, they didn't require all the ammo so not sure what all may have ended up in the court's file.

I watched the news videos and not one of them dumb asses got video of her!

There was some other facts I gleaned from them tho:
The parents of the kid who took the bullet were there.
She has no remorse for this, accepts her part and only is sorry buddy offed himself.
Her parents support her, but not sure if they will be in court Friday.

Kind of a huge letdown for me. I was hoping we'd have days of evidence, but this was like a cliff notes version of her warped life.

So not only does she fuck up losing her virginity, mere hours before the act, then fails in the stupid plot to kill people, but she has to also plead guilty and rob us of a lot more details! Confirmed, total fuckup she is.

Crown attorney Shauna MacDonald said Souvannarath hasn’t renounced her views, and remains an ongoing danger to the public.

“We have no evidence before us that her views have changed in any way,” the Crown lawyer said outside the courtroom, adding that the plot came very close to being carried out.

It includes a transcript of her conversation with an undercover officer posing as a fellow prisoner, with her laughing as she detailed her plot: “It was going to be a Valentine’s Day massacre.”

The agreed statement also has a note found in her cell, framing the plans for a murder plot with romantic urgency: “I was to be his Eric Harris and He (sic) would be my Dylan Klebold ... Eventually, I realized that we really were Eric and Dylan, their minds having taken refuge in our bodies some time after their demise in 1997.”

lol, I love it. She just can't shut the fuck up. She couldn't stop bragging about her stupid plot on tumblr, and now she can't stop when she's in the clink awaiting sentencing.

....just wow. First off, you NEVER spill your guts to a complete stranger for any reason with charges as serious as what she was facing. Second, she must have been into something serious to believe that she and James were Harris and Klebold. I guess her and Eric have some parallels in some ways, but she vastly overstated them. Like if that was the case, why did they just jump into it, rather than look up better ways to make bombs or something? Also, THEY FAILED HORRIBLY (unlike their idols). Just goes to show that she's a sadder case than I think we could have imagined (though her big mouth is actually what I expected). I really hope we get our hands on the statement of facts like we did for the Randy Shepherd decision so we'll know just how foolish she was.

@The Hansome Goblin, this should explain more about that:

Halifax mall plotters believed they were reincarnations of Columbine shooters: report

By Brett Bundale The Canadian Press

They weren’t just inspired by the Columbine shooters – two teenage gunmen with a mission to kill students and teachers at a suburban high school in Littleton, Colo.

Lindsay Souvannarath and James Gamble thought they were them.

Hundreds of messages between the co-conspirators plotting to terrorize a Halifax mall show “they believe they are reincarnations of Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold,” the lead investigator of the 1999 Columbine High School shooting says in a newly-released report.

Kate Battan was contacted by a senior Crown attorney with Nova Scotia’s public prosecution service last year. She was asked to examine the online conversations between Souvannarath and Gamble to determine if there were similarities between their plan to go on a shooting rampage at the Halifax Shopping Centre with the Columbine massacre.

Her report, released this week at Souvannarath’s sentencing hearing, draws dozens of unsettling parallels between the school shooting and the planned Valentine’s Day slaughter at the Halifax mall.

The Columbine shooters left behind numerous writings, journals and the “basement videos” – three hours of Harris and Klebold talking about their plan, Battan explains.

The materials are widely available in the Internet, despite much of it being sealed and eventually destroyed.

“These videos represent a ‘call to arms’ in many respects and encourage others to follow in their footsteps,” she says, adding that the materials provide instructions to successfully carry out a similar violent act.

“Harris and Klebold encourage others to follow in their footsteps and provide a blueprint for carrying out mass murder,” Battan says.

“The writings of Harris and Klebold provide insight as to why they want to kill, how many they plan to kill and what they hope will be a model for others to follow.”

While the conversations between Souvannarath and Gamble make numerous references to the Columbine gunmen, possibly the most disturbing is their belief to that Harris and Klebold have been resurrected.

“Souvannarath compares herself to Harris, who was the more outspoken and aggressive of the two,” Battan says in her report. “Gamble compares himself to Klebold, who was more shy and reserved.”

The Facebook messages between Souvannarath and Gamble illustrate the extent of the apparent delusion.

Souvannarath says, “maybe Eric and Dylan have somehow become us, become part of our minds.”

“We both feel like we ‘died’ a long time ago, maybe it’s because we’ve taken on the minds of these actual dead people, and that marks the time we both died.”

She adds:”You want to die so badly because you know this isn’t the body you actually belong in – there’s a dissonance between mind and body where you’re Dylan but you’re not Dylan.”

Souvannarath says it explains why they both can’t function in the adult world because, “Eric and Dylan died so young after all.”

“When Eric and Dylan both died, their mission on Earth wasn’t really finished yet, so they had to take us over,” she says.

The Facebook conversation between the so-called Columbiners, which started on Dec. 21, 2014 and ended on Feb. 13, 2015, includes other references to Harris and Klebold.

They write a lot about what to wear during the shooting – “death outfits” that appear to be fashioned after the Columbine shooters, Battan says.

“Souvannarath and Gamble write about wearing black clothing, black boots and acquiring trench coats,” the Columbine Task Force lead investigator says, noting that the style is similar to what Harris and Klebold wore.

The co-conspirators also discussed sawing off their guns and bringing duffel bags and Molotov cocktails, as well as carrying knives and stabbing people at the mall when they run out of bullets – imitating Harris and Klebold’s plans.

They also share an interest in the same types of music and writing, wanting to start a revolution and asking people if they believe in God before killing them. Again, Battan points out that these are all similarities they share with the Columbine killers.

The planned attack was thwarted by police after an anonymous tip was received by Crime Stoppers, but not before Souvannarath boarded a plane in Chicago, Ill., for Nova Scotia.

Gamble killed himself as police surrounded his Halifax-area home, while Souvannarath was arrested at the airport. A third accomplice – a local man described in court as the “cheerleader” of the murderous plot – was sentenced to a decade in jail.

Souvannarath, now 26, has been held at the Central Nova Scotia Correctional facility in a Halifax-area industrial park since her arrest three years ago.

A Nova Scotia Supreme Court judge has reserved his sentencing decision until Friday.

The Crown is recommending a sentence of 20 years to life in prison, while the defence says the sentence should be 12 to 14 years, with credit for time served.

During her incarceration, a prison guard found a note scrawled on the back of a Sudoku puzzle in Souvannarath’s cell.

“I was to be his Eric Harris, and he would be my Dylan Klebold,” Souvannarath wrote, noting that they must have known each other in a past life.

“Eventually I realized that we really were Eric and Dylan, their minds having taken refuge in our bodies some time after their demise.”

Der Untergang
Perhaps you have already heard the news of a mass shooting
in Halifax. This is where you'd expect me to post my reaction
to it, but unfortunately I have no reaction, for I am now dead.
My head has been broken apart with a single shotgun shell.
This is a queued post.

It has always been my greatest dream to die in battle. But I do
so not as a soldier, but as a murderer. I fight no man's war but
my own. I fight for principles not politicians. Yet the modern
world with its wars fought for greed instead of glory, has
forced me to bury these heroic longings deep beneath my
surfaces where they have since festered at my core and
metamorphosed into hate.

Hate. It's a strong word but i'd rather let a strong word define
me than a weak one "Love," for example, is a weak word, for
one who loves is not nearly as strong as one who hates. Love
is merely the attempt to nullify one's own weaknesses with the
weaknesses of another. Hate is the drive to exterminate all
weakness. In all of my twenty-three years of life, I have never
learned to love another person. I receive love but it passes
through me like water through a sieve, having neither the
substance nor density of the hate that crystalizes in my heart.
Love softens the spirit and makes it malleable to the society
around it. Hate sharpens the mind to where it becomes a
weapon against all others. I pity the lover, who will never
experience the wonder of isolation. Severing bonds with the
rest of humanity is the first step to rising above it. Free from
empathy, free from manipulation, the isolated man sees the
world for what it truly is. The result, of course, is hatred.

My hate is beyond good and evil. What morality is depends on
which end of the gun you are looking at. With a gun in my
hand, I am God, for no one can argue against me when I am
armed and not afraid to die. I do not consider myself evil, not
even for committing murder. Murder makes no difference. All
living creatures die. There is no such thing as dying "before
one's time." The earth can only support so many humans at a
time due to finite resources, and continuing one's existence
means consuming resources that might have otherwise gone
to another. We are constantly making decisions that shorten
the lifespans of others without even knowing it.

As this went down in my city, the target mall being where my daughter worked at back then, for posterity, my note to Lindsay!

Yeah ok, thanks Lindsay! Enjoy your stay in Canada, it was so great having you here, we don't want to let you leave! I wish we had a Federal female facility here in Halifax, you'd be a star! But Ontario is better place. That's the big time and am sure you will get more grief up there!

Anyway, enjoy all the pussy you will have to munch on! Kinda weird you will lose your virginity to a butch dyke! :tomgirl:

Happy you were a complete idiot and failed HARD! Even the guy who got cucked by the couch did more than you!

I probably will be dead by time you get out sadly, but hope your menopause isn't too serious for ya!

Sincerely, LiveFromNS
-----------------------
I will give the scoop tomorrow! 18-20 my guess, but hope Judge nails her harder!

To be entirely fair to Lindsay, she isn't the only one in the world to believe she's the reincarnation of one of the Columbine killers. I do believe she is the most idiotic one in that she planned to commit a shooting and was arrested before getting caught.

Also does anyone imagine she's heard about Nik Cruz's Valentine's Day massacre and is pissed because his plan actually worked where hers failed?

I will give the scoop tomorrow! 18-20 my guess, but hope Judge nails her harder!

Has it been mentioned or hinted at which place in Ontario she's being sent to? I take it she's considered too dangerous to be sent to the place in Truro.

Kitchener, ON N2P 2C5

Here is something to dance to before the big day tomorrow!
