And to top it all off, his assistant misgendered me. And this wasn't just some slip due to being non-passing or anything like that(though that's not at all excusable either). I've been on hormones for over a decade and am never clocked in public or even on dates. I even have close friends of 5+ years who have no idea about my past. The assistant, simply knowing I'm trans due to the circumstances, decided I'm basically still a man. Blatant, unapologetic transphobia.

This botched surgery looks nothing more than a penectomy and a orchiectomy incision that hasn't been sewn up. Trans people still recommend people go to these quacks I bet this is a "highly" rated clinic like that other neo-vagina horror story ITT. Can't get a bad reputation for your clinic when all the trannies you butchered commit suicide before they could sue.

Biological women hardly think about their genitals, much less obsess over them to the point that they will get insecure over things like asymmetry. The most I've ever seem are post-childbirth concerns since women tend to tear from V-to-A with their first kid, but otherwise it's mostly "man vaginas are weird-looking" and leaving it at that.

I dunno, maybe there are some women who feel insecure about that, but it comes off more like projection to me.

That would be my guess. IMO most of these trender kids have some legit anxieties about their appearance and behavior, especially when it comes to sex and gender roles. Doesn't mean that declaring yourself to be trans and getting hormones and surgery is the answer.

It continues to astound me that psychology still has such a blindspot on gender dysphoria. It is the only psychological disorder where the treatment is affirmation. Especially given the high comorbidity of mood disorders, which then go untreated. It's like prescribing weight loss to someone with anorexia.

as someone who is transitioning(HRT only) after seeing a SRS vagina up close was enough to make me go fuuuuck that, that and the 17k+ price tag, thats a good down payment on a decent house

It would be pretty short for me, "how are some personalities incompatible with biological sex?" that's all it boils down to most of the time, feeling like you're too weird to be grouped in with other boys/girls, the insecurities everyone feels growing up, puberty making you feel weird about your body. They don't really know what they are saying unless you point it out. Kids don't know everyone feels like they don't belong sometimes. Sad to see reddit mtf adults taking the place of these kids parents when it comes to talking about this kind of shit.
