Jack is now learning to cook from his friend's grandson
And once again the food looks the best when Jack doesn't cook (also the thumbnail show's the real food). A few things could have been changed to make it better (you are using a lot of SEA favours maybe try a Thai green curry rather than a Japanese, maybe brown the chicken before deglazing the pan and maybe rice or noddles over potatoes ) but overall so much better than most of what Jack does. and the kid is only15

Agree on the Thai curry would have gone much better with this but then he's missing the cilantro and you can't have Thai curry without cilantro. I'd also get rid of the cinnamon stick but the rest of it is okay I guess. But then I really don't like Japanese curry. It smells like it's going to be spicy but it's just kinda blah.

Jack admits that his BBQ sauce is mostly "Katsup " also I really believe Jack reads the New Yorker. Jack is also has a plan to eat two chickens
I am fairly sure that one could do the same by pat drying the chicken again
and because it Jack the chicken look undercooked

At times I like to play devil's advocate, Jack's first warning was about safety I respect that. Then he doubles down and makes sure not to get the salt mixed up with chicken juice.

For that I hope his fridge is clean as sin at it went to age in the fridge open. Fridges pick up almost any funk and flavor. For those who don't know wipe down and scrub your fridge on the regular (least a few times a year in more reality)

I did get a chuckle about how gravity impressed him chicken will drop it's juices onto the veg as it roasts. It's just his phrasing.

this video is worth about 10 dollars ... rates optimistic.

When he cuts in the birds oh man so much water... not good Jack not good.

Overall it's far from his worst, the high points are safety low points, it's Jack.

Please forgive double posting.

But Jack showed off his new knife in the blow dryer chicken video. Here is his review :

But Jack showed off his new knife in the blow dryer chicken video. Here is his review :

I can understand that Jack isn't savvy on metallurgy, but he's showing that not only his cooking skills are shit, but judging the quality of a product as well. Going by his presentation, there's no difference between the old knife and the new (one mirrion times forded damascus) knife.
Just letting a robotic voice give a brief pointer what damascus steel is and saying; "If you have the spending money, you should totally buy the more expensive one for reasons. Damascus is always great.". You can say that about any review of his though, so that's nothing new.

He claims that if you have more money, to go for the more expensive knife, solely because Damascus steel is always nicer to use, but in the video he showed his older knife, a knife that hasn't been sharpened in 4 months, is just as sharp as the brand new one straight out of the box.

Why would I pay $90 for a knife that has the same sharpness of a $30 one Jack?

So do you thin

I thought that in honor if 100 pages to go and collect the JOOCIEST of Jack memes, but then I realized I had just ate and didn't want to be sick watch him do 10 different types of big boy bites.

I had the same idea but it would take me forever because I'd have to stop to masturbate every time a screencap of Jack appeared.

Dingus' new video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=08R8xiFk13g&t=0s

  • He makes a kinda unusual but I'm sure it's ok rub for his brisket.
  • This is to test a blue tooth thermometer that he pretends to have gotten for free.
  • Jack uses that smoke tube on his electric smoker. Every time I see that thing I get kinda enraged anyway because it just seems like a silly thing to me. Just get a regular smoker, you're never gonna get the same flavor.
  • He gives up on the product half way through the video because he says the blue tooth range isn't long enough.
  • Jacks grills are way too close to his house and I'm surprised that his siding doesn't have more blisters than a small pox survivor.
  • Dingus talks with his mouth full again and does the asian girl "cover my mouth with my hand thing" that makes him look like a mong.
  • His brisket looks dry as shit in the middle and burned on the outside. I have no idea how long he cooked it for. When I smoke I try and keep it at like 140-165 so I can go for hours. He said he was shooting for 190, which I think is too hot but I know I'm in the minority there.
Stupid video with below average looking food, but at least he seemed to give an real product review.
