So basically has no formal education or experience in biology or invasive species and their impact on the environment. Which means he also has no say on how scientists handle invasive species, so he can just fuck right off. His feelings are irrelevant and biologists don't give a shit. I worked with a guy who would kill invasive squirrels with a hammer and bought a gun to shoot invasive sparrows.

If we just let every invasive species live wherever they pop up because it's "xenophobic" many species would no longer exist that are unique to their ecosystems such as the Galapagos tortoise, red wolf (slowly going extinct due to coyotes), American Chestnut & Elm trees, etc.

Also one of the biggest worldwide invasive species are cats but no one wants to talk about it because you get dogpiled by the internet hivemind.
