I have a feeling some of the Discord users in that chatroom might had to back Melanie up due to the hanging fear of getting screeched and dog-piled on. This type of situation occurs a lot in different chatrooms, where asskissing is the biggest thing to self-defense and if Jayson was in there, that's way worse. Otherwise, if they were blindingly defending Melanie, I am glad she has been exposed.

The authorities have been contacted, but short of SWATting PK, we can't do anything to make them move faster. The best most forum users could do is file a tip and possibly spread the word if they considered that the superior course of action.

The only people on the forum with the ability to streamline legal action against PK/Marl are @bigfluff and @lainiwakuraa who are understandably not actively posting in the thread any further. What they have done is both up to them, unknown to us, and beyond KF's jurisdiction. For all we're aware, PK could spend the rest of 2018 publishing works without incident and be arrested in January for a months-long investigation. Or she could never see a courtroom. It's out of our hands.

There is a way to get at least some information about the status of an investigation, and that's to check public arrest records in the county where Marl lives. Also keep an eye on local newspapers. The police busting a husband/wife suspected pedophilia and bestiality operation located in an otherwise quiet neighborhood is a juicy story. I've taken a look at it a couple of times and so far nothing has popped up. It may take months for something to happen, if it does at all. Jayson T. Garcia in Clark county, Nevada.

Harassing randos from Patreon and Discord is fucking boring. There's enough material on Glip that it's a distraction, especially for new people coming in wanting to know what's going on. The Amdusias images in the main comic Glip is referring to are these, which are weak comparisons if you ask me. The image of Neon was a non-abstracted human woman with breasts showing in the focal point. Either way you look at it, I don't think it makes her argument much better.

But that conflicts with Glip's kink to be the catalyst for minors/young adults having some sort of sexual epiphany after reading flora, so, HMMM.

Also claiming that boobs aren't inherently sexual while not acknowledging that kids are taught that they are sexual and that it's indecent and socially unacceptable* to have your naked tits out in public-- like... what. And 12 year olds simply don't have the capacity to fully comprehend and critique cultural norms/values, despite how much you assure them they're more 'mature' than other kids their age. We have proof of this being their common thing because Pengo was threatened with a suit before, and wasn't there another person as well? I believe an attorney must have helped her write the statement as well, as it combines the perfect amount of "I am the real victim", "I have proofs", and "I would share proofs but you are all meanies and what good would it do". It also warns subtly that anyone who comments or shares images may be harassed too, which is another subtle lawyer speak for "we are watching and we will sue".

I wouldn't be surprised, but them pressing for legal action against people would almost certainly instigate a pushback, and they have more to lose than someone getting slapped with a libel suit. For what it's worth, I haven't heard of anyone getting any sort of legal notice, myself included, from PK & friends.

Unless that person comes forward and posts the lawyers letter, or proof of a suit, PK's side looks believable.

While I agree it's dumb to post in a thread PK probably watches about how she can successfully get out of this like the post above you is doing, that was probably PK's first line of thought as well. I still think it's better not to openly suggest it. On the other hand, @bigfluff and whoever else should know better than to fall for that and not call one bluff with serious legal action as well. Who knows.

Seriously, are you TRYING to give Glip more ways to manipulate and harm people? It doesn't help in the slightest, it only makes it worse when you bring it up. Glip threatening people was the reason the victims were so afraid to speak up in the first place, why put more pressure on them by giving Glip ideas? If she hasn't been doing it already, once she reads that, Glip would be more than willing to threaten the victims now.
