I don’t have much to comment on regarding this since my anime-loving pal has pretty much already said it all.
If Josh needs the hard, suitable, undeniable evidence of Stockholm being written by Jerry (if he doesn’t already have it, also more than what’s just on this thread I believe) and it not being any kind of defamation to point out that he wrote it, all he needs to do is ask. Hell, I’d be willing to call him “Lily” if it means he’ll talk to us.

I decided that I do have some stuff to add.
The differences between Alex Rochon and Xain Russell basically showcase the differences in character between Josh and his supporters, and Lily and her drones. Alex is willing to admit that he fucked up and apologized, whereas Xain is essentially running off with Josh's money and is never looking back on his decision because that's all he cared about.
Josh's crew aren't perfect. They fuck up and say and do stupid shit sometimes. But they're willing to own up to their mistakes and generally have good intentions in their actions. It's easy to tell that even if they're not always the closest, they're still more than willing to acknowledge the strengths and flaws of each other and support one another.
Lily is surrounded by liars, dramawhores, manipulators and exceptional people in all types (especially narcissists) as well as those too broken or stupid to see Lily's lies for what they are. Her supporters are either to be manipulated, or allies of convenience just itching to toss Lily in the dirt just as she would toss them.
These differences in character will probably manifest in the coming months, and I have a feeling Josh's side will come out victorious. Maybe.
Another noticeable difference between Jerry and Josh is that Jerry's online presence has consisted of drama, mainly. He loves it, feeds off of it, that's how he gets views, that's what brings people to his tumblr, and ultimately, that's what we love to see from him, just by how often he either gets details wrong, simply misses the point, forces his confirmation bias to speak for him (the same thing he derides other people for, touchy touchy!) or even uses the drama for his own personal gain, rather than any kind of regard for the parties involved (Jerry's using Patch to shit on Josh, Jerry uses "I'm keeping children safe!" to deflect criticism).
Josh is a normal content creator making normal content (Top 10 lists, Fire Emblem dubs, brony videos, etc), whose comments section in not only his Youtube videos, but also his deviantart, twitter, and even his Tumblr asks when Jerry doesn't incite some shit has very little to no drama-related things in them. Jerry's a dramawhore, plain and simple. He's no better than Keemstar, who he hates, or even us. Inb4 he says the same about Josh doing this C&D, ignoring the entire concept of causality; Jerry's dramawhoring and constant attacks to Josh's character caused Josh to make a video, a number of posts, and apologies trying to get him off his back, when that didn't work, thus came the C&D. How many drama-related videos has Josh put out in the past few months, as opposed to Jerry? Likewise, how many times has Josh been mentioned by Jerry, vs Jerry mentioned by Josh in the time since the split?
Wanna know how this whole thing, from its inception nearly two years ago, could have been avoided?
Because they actually fucking talked it out and Alex grew some perspective, even admitting that he jumped to conclusions and apologizing for them. And the kicker? He posted these tweets within 24-hours of his initial announcement of disassociating with Josh, which is a thread that he promptly deleted due to regret.
By being adults, talking it out, and settling their differences. They didn't even have to be friends again. Josh, even when he was well within his rights to be angry and resentful against Jerry, still apologized to
Jerry, twice, and as ridiculous as I always say it is, it's still one thing that Josh has over Jerry, he's willing to accept responsibility, learn, and grow. He's not clinging to the past, he's not making aggressive posts directly scorning Jerry, etc. Jerry just can't let go. He's always gotta be the "right" one, despite almost never being right in situations like these. God knows, narcissists are better at telling lies and twisting reality than their victims are at telling the truth.
Edit: That’s also exactly what happened with Laci Green and Sargon, they met and talked out their differences and grievances, and became friends as a result of that. Jerry, with his black-and-white morality system, defaulted to calling Laci brainwashed. I don’t think Jerry has it in him to ever admit that he’s wrong. The fact that he’s surrounded by yes-men in his discord, on tumblr, and everywhere else affirms that. He’s right, and if you don’t agree, you get blasted to hell.
I do kinda wanna see this go somewhere, if only for the pleasure of seeing Jerry get his ass handed to him on the legal landscape.
