I can't believe she thinks she can eat back her calories "burned" by walking. Her "salmon bowl" was enough for three meals. "A serving of rice"? I don't think so. And don't worry guys, she didn't binge even though she's eaten out EVERY DAY so far. Mexican the day before yesterday, whatever mall restaurant yesterday, but nope, no binging here. Totally on track.

Edited again: she walked for 2:22min and is out of breath. Makes you truly believe in her exercise routine, doesn't it?

Last edit: It doesn't seem like it, but that is one big bowl. It's interesting how Amber has mentioned Mukbang again (she did it on the video before this one too). Could it be that she's actually losing and seeing numbers go down? Not in her weight, but views and subs.

Looks like she never even ate that food she meal prepped. How long ago did she even make that shit? Must be rotten by now.

I got truly terrified for Rarity for a moment there. When AL was walking back and forth in place poor Rarity is in the back of the reversing Mack truck. Also, GORL, if you season your food properly then you don't have to add sriracha or soy sauce to EVERYTHING. That mess she ate for "dinner" there is no way in hell those calorie counts were accurate. She's loves putting in single portion calorie info, but she always eats more than a single portion. I guess good for her that she lost a bit of weight, but it's unwise to weigh yourself every day if you're trying to measure actual progress which makes me feel like the minute she "gains" even though she's totally exercising and not binging, guise, she'll abandon this whole thing. Also, I love that she has her own definition of what a binge is and wants to educate us on the difference between over eating and binging. Here's a tip, gorl, don't do either. There's no real grey area there. They both consist of over indulging and at your weight, neither is better or worse than the other. Oh, and of fucking course she loves Trisha Paytas and Jeffree Star. Of fucking course she does.

I hope that - at the end of this 30 day bullshit - someone makes a super cut of all the accumulated minutes of Amber walking in place or around a room. What in the world is the purpose of forcing people to sit through these sad attempts at exercise?
 
I think Amber just showed us how she "jogs". At 11:28 she begins to "march" in place, like she's part of a marching band or something. I think that is what Amber calls jogging.

In this whole scene of her wobbling back and forth through the living room, she looks like a toddler taking their first steps, while at the same time, looking like an 80 old woman walking.

Edit: It's 11:20 P.M. and after being extra loud in the living room (couldn't she do the same outside?) she decides to celebrate reaching her steps for the day by yelling.

Ricky must be so pleased...
 
She doesn't have to see weight gain to lose interest, 300 pounds is a years long process that's going to need dedication, help from doctors and therapists, and it's going to be uncomfortable. Gorl thinks burning calories means she can eat them back, which means her fitbit is more of a hinderance than a help. Besides, she already quit this current weight loss challenge two days ago when she titled it Day 1 and patted herself on the back for overeating just a little bit.
