I think it's disturbing the amount of A-logging Spoony puts into what was essentially a throwaway joke by Trump. The idea that a multi-billionaire would get his wife only a card and nothing else is funny and I'm sure Trump was kidding anyway. But Spoony uses this exchange as an opportunity to write an elaborate failure porn where Drumpf the evil clown bumbles around trying to buy his wife a card. Spoony writes a lot of BumbleDrumpf failure porn, creating this strawman version of Trump that he earnestly wishes existed. It's the only thing that can shield his mind from the awful truth - that Trump is President and is doing a decent enough job to earn a moderately high approval rating.
And LOL at Spoony accusing Trump of being "rabid and paranoid, raving from topic to topic seemingly at random, unable to maintain a train of thought for more than ten seconds". This is a phrase that could adequately describe any of Spoony's movie or game reviews; (in his FFXIII review, he even admitted to having a rambling mind that had trouble staying on point.) And a quick look at his twitter feed will tell you how rabid and paranoid Spoony is most of the time.
It's interesting to note that Spoony and MovieBob, two popular cows who are virulently SJW, both admit to having extreme anger issues. Both tend to severely project their problems onto others as well...
