That thing looks like a very amateurish attempt at low poly with no reference used. Seriously tho, with basic understanding of the Maya, or Blender, and just putting some reference images in the background, you can make a decent model. She didn't bother with that it seems, even though she can draw. Also looking at it, seems her UV wrap was very tight or she was just lazy to draw the texture properly hence its such a mess. Could just shrink the UV and move a bit all the textures away from one another. Seriously this looks very low effort, even for a rookie.
