Unless I'm thinking of the wrong thing, in Russ's book he has a picture of Skordas'... idk, court documents or whatever, in which Skordas states that Taylor found his "admiration" to be "unnecessarily invasive and troubling" (I double-checked @scrambles version of the book to make sure I remembered correctly, and I can't find the page number on the damn thing, but it is there). Russ took this as slander, even though it would technically be libel if it were legitimately defamation, which is it not. Telling someone you don't like what they're doing is not defamation, it's stating an opinion.

If he wants to sue over harassment or slander, he's got to go after the people actually allegedly doing it. Ryan Gilmore seems like a pretty cool guy. Outgoing, successful – if he has any disabilities, he’s clearly overcome them in a very inspirational way.

None of those kids she visited were made famous singers by her doing. He's more famous than any person she's done a publicity stunt with simply by being fucking crazy.
