Yes, not sharing every detail of your life (:powerlevelis a generally good idea. However, a quote on quote "major change" is not avoiding 1 (in words: one) topic. There was a big change but not the one he's aware of: His never ending greed in each detail of his internet persona, that he turned to the very being he detests. But okay, I'm just punching myself with semantics.

I think he genuinely believes that. Maybe he should watch his own streams and rethink what he is actually doing (he never will), namely reacting to trolls OR donators but nearly never to someone in between, like a normal viewer, a normal fan. And even if that happens, sometimes there is no conversation, just an attempted "Huhuhuhu"-laugh because someone wrote something "funny" OR he just reads a message and stops right after that, with no new thought behind (latest Dead Space 2 streams).
Is this part of the new real life protection? Being a boring, mostly silent couch potatoe? He is so frightened of being himself cuz of the consequences; Twitch could ban him, detractors can spin his words to win. This just shows how his whole personality is not appropriate because he's completely negative charged. I mean, I think most Kiwis in his situation could just avoid talking about real life and shitting on other people, nobody is made of just these 2 topics. Phil should really meet other people outside of his bubble, this is not healthy at all.
Thing I wanna add:
I'm no "toxic mentally broken" or "sick individual" (DSP on the other hand...). I never attacked Kat. I never directly attacked Phil, only criticized him in this Kiwi-forum and below some detractor-vids. So it's obvious his message isn't for me so I should just laugh. However, the twist is: Phil sees every little negative word directed at him as malicious, damaging and fucked up, except you crawl right in his ass and shovel in a big amount of $$$ for his bills. So fuck you Phil for calling me these names, you created your situation alone, you created the monster and can't stop it now. I don't need "serious help" just because I enjoy your shitshow.
But he is right with "insane obsession". I wouldn't be here and vomit my thoughts about him if this wasn't true.

Some times I get the impression that Phil is afraid of new-to-him games (as in, he's afraid he'll perform poorly).
Did he quit other Souls games? Why not play one of those (it was suggested in chat, but he said no) instead of playing BB again?*
*I think part of the reason is that Phil has no idea what he's doing. He doesn't understand (and god forbid he takes the time to figure out) why he failed at any given stream, nor he understands why certain streams bring in more view$.
Whenever something goes right for him (see first begatron) he'll repeat it over and over.

In very rare cases the autism directly effects him. In most cases people just "respond" to him. The Sok, Tevin, KF etc we all just respond to things he himself posts or does publically a majority of the time. Does this guy not realize that he uploads raw uncut footage for people to react to? If he uploads a 1 hour pre stream where he talks about taxes and says pewdiepie is an asshole people can/will react to it. Nobody is "torturing" him as he says, he lives in a gated community away from the detractors. We merely comment on the tire fire a majority of time. Maybe in rare cases someone will mail him a box full of shit but that is certainly not the norm. The detractors didn't make him fuck over his friends, or spend zero time with Leanna etc etc.
Yesterday I worked a full 8 hour day, then I came home and saw the twitlonger and read reactions to it. It's not like you can't function as an adult and follow the trainwreck. DSP just has some screws loose and he probably will never change. Does he seriously think he works a 12 hour day? (lol). Dude you're, your own worst enemy. Get off the computer and spend time with your GF. Maybe Kat yelled at him so this twit longer is some sort of justification for it. Or it's to cover his ass on his expensive vacation so he won't post pics. This dude is so fucked.

A couple points about Twitch income: DSP is approaching $750 in visible tips, and this includes the $50 Conan Exiles tip. I will keep that $50 tip despite his claims to have refunded the money. It's for the same reason I no longer track any sub$5 tip or any tip that's not visible (e.g. DSP mentions a $100 overnight tip, I won't count it) - the source is DSP's own words, something I can't trust. He could theoretically fake tip notifications with some form of tests I guess, but that's more trustworthy than DSP's word.
Looking through my raw chatlogs I could find no reference to money going to these extensions at all, unlike the Live Pet purchases. So if he ever uses these I can't track the income.
Fortunately DSP complained a lot about them in chat, I doubt he'll use them in the future. Highlights of his statements in chat, then all his lines:

He tested them both during this 20+ minute stream... and did not like them at all. Regarding the "Kat left DSP" theory; I'll add a pinch of my own autism.
For a short stint in my life I was a practicing psychoanalyst/consultant. I picked up a few things from there.
What I noticed regarding Phil is the rather unusual way he addresses Kat. He almost never directly references her without some indirect "titling" of her. Like in the Twitlonger - "my significant other Kat". In some videos he consistently refers to her in similar ways, often avoiding naming her. I can't point my finger on any direct video reference, though. Usually "titling" or indirect referencing in narratives means some form of avoidance/negativity - a common case is referring to "ex" as "ex" and not by name, sometimes even avoiding the additional label of "ex-girl/boyfriend".
My memory might not be the best but didn't he consistently refer to Leanna as "Leanna" and not "my girlfriend" "my significant other" etc?

From what I've seen, he usually referred to Panda as "my girlfriend Leana." I wish he had more real life friends so that we could get more of a gauge of how he refers to people close to him. The girlfriend thing may just be him modest bragging, but he seldom referred to friends in the past as "my friend ron" or "my friend rambo." I'll have to watch some older videos but I'm pretty sure he doesn't speak of them in this way.

Check out the responses to any story/tweet saying "Dwyane Wade's wife" and you'll see people sperging about how her name is Gabrielle Union and she's a person and not defined by Dwyane. Same thing, except Phil wants her to be defined by him.
As others have said, she was constantly called "Muh girlfriend Leanna".
