I want to know if she's licensed. In most states you need to have at least an LBSW which means you're competent on the bachelors level and can legally practice. The point of being licensed is to make sure clients have a competent practitioner. There's no way she'd pass the exam her first time, let alone any other time. I cant imagine she'd get her lmsw which is the masters level. tbh most people who go to get their masters go on to try and get their lcsw or lcsw-c to get that pay bump and show they're actually competent in the field instead of just reading out of a book.

Half the new grads need social workers themselves, the idea of them trying to guide others is absurd. The only justice is they generally don’t last long in the field because being exposed to the worst the world can offer shatters too many of the SJW illusions they hold dear.
