They're all sticking together because they all have shit on each other. Marl can't fuck off because PK and Eevee would throw him under the bus the minute he got out of there, and he's arguably the one with the worst record.
Likewise, Eevee threw his lot in with them a while ago and is too involved to pretend that he had nothing to do with it just because he wasn't married to either of them.
And even if we don't know if PK actually did anything to/with the dog, she was still there and she knew about it. If she tried to cut ties and claim she knew nothing about it, the other two would nail her.
