Yeah technically (very technically) Matt is in the right but considering he gave people like Laci Green shit for doing this same thing.... well, you be the judge.

Cog is a relatively small youtuber compared to Jarbo, though considering how bad the stream made him look, I'm sure he would have done this to a larger channel if they had done the same thing.

I haven't payed much attention to them, all I know is that all the stuff Matt leaked that he claimed was "Weird" sounds mundane. He makes it sound like he has bullets but he's firing blanks.
