It's not just Fire Emblem either, I've seen so many other games with dating elements get the same treatment. These fans take time and effort to cry about how Japanese developers are oppressing them for not adding gay marriage into their video games. It's obvious they only want gay marriage in games so they can fap to fictional animu women and not because they care about LGBT people in real life. They're just as subtle with their thirst as a horny weeb guy with a Tharja body pillow.

All while still shamelessly buying and playing the games and pretending they aren't as degenerate as weeb body pillow fuckers.

This is so fucking asinine. So because a piece of shit used a term, no one is allowed to use it EVER? I'm so sorry that people's art is so basic and devoid of any creativity and life that you get mad when normal people notice the trend. Once or twice is a coincidence, many other shows with different genres and themes having a similiar style though? Despite the fact that some of these shows could be done by people who DIDN'T go to Calarts? And they look that samey? That doesn't seem odd to anyone else?

So the guy didn't like Iron Giant? He's entitled to his opinion. I don't understand Tumblr with this idea that if you hold an opinion people don't like everything they say is invalid. Is the guy biased as hell and I think his opinion sucks? Hell yeah, but his term Calarts Style can definitely be applied to the shit we see in now. It's just changed its meaning, like all words do.

The current director of Ben 10 just made a post defending the new Thundercats reboot, which would explain the white knighting going on right now. He makes a couple good points (the writers could save the show, and complaining about fads is bad PR for people who want to be professional animators), but the whole thing seems a little too desperate. He doesn't seem to understand that you can't just stop people from finding fads lazy and ugly.

Yes, because only wimminz knew about vidya back in the 80s. It was only wimminz, and they taught the poor, socially awkward men what this Pong and Donkey Kong were, until the men took over and pretended wimminz rarely had interest in this newfangled hobby of theirs, and lied about most wimminz found them to be undesirables because they had a hobby they could not wrap their heads around at the time.

It's like a gamer girl version of "PoC ruled the world and then the white ppl invaded and stole literally everything"

This is the quickest I can summarize without getting too off topic:

Ben 10 is actually a pretty old and I dare say underrated show. Basic synopsis is about a 10 year old kid named Ben Tenison (thus 10) and can transform into 10 aliens and more using an alien watch attached to his hand. It was a kid show released in 2005-2008. The original was popular and spurned several sequels. Once that was done however, CN decided to milk it for it's worth until we got the abomination of the new Ben 10 series now.

Considering how the new show looks...I'm surprised he's defending the style considering his show looks pretty different from the usual crap on CN. Not good, but still odd.
