If he is a ghost then how do they even have sex? This is never explained by her. One would imagine she would have the whole delusion planned out, so why has she never addressed this and explained more about how having relations with ghosts works? Does she summon Richard into a vessel (a pillow, another person?) or does she summon the dude but sorta become a spirit herself by leaving her body for a bit so they can astral-pork in the middle of the air?
