Naturally. If being trans is a diagnosable condition, then life suddenly becomes a lot harder for trenders. The entire basis for the privileged position trans people have in society is based on the idea that they were born that way. If there’s no means of telling whether someone’s telling the truth, you have to adopt an all-or-nothing approach. But if you can medically say “this person has not always been the gender they claim,” then their existence is just a lifestyle choice, and they’re no more entitled to respect than any other subculture.

Trannies should be cheering this research. If there becomes a way to detect this defect then suddenly it’s a valid medical condition that insurance companies have to support.

However, transtrenderd like LaBill hate this because it would prove they’re faking it. His doctors already know he’s faking, it’s why he can’t get surgery.

There's nothing definitive about why is this and it only somewhat reinforces the born-this-way hypothesis, but the reaction is of course how dare you try to help trans people

Finding a conclusive medical cause of a serious neurological disorder that can give alternate therapeutical treatment instead of butchering their genitals, and help weed out opportunistic attention whoring poseurs is literally rape and murder of all trans-people.

I agree that it isn't conclusive at all and the media is loving those sensationalist headlines. Years ago when homosexuality was the hot topic issue that was researched, they would find things like heterosexual men having hypothalamic structures twice as big as women...and as those of gay men. Look at this with 2018 trans goggles, let's say the gay man has dysphoria, and you could claim that he has the brain of the gender he wants if that's the agenda you were pushing. Gay men also have more neural connections across the two brain hemispheres, just like heterosexual women, while lesbians were found to have a slightly bigger right hemisphere, just like straight men. Again we have a type of brain similarity with the opposite sex, that the average trans activist would use to claim this PROVES!! that trans people are the gender they claim to be, even though that study had nothing to do with trans people either. There also was that big MRI study of 1400 brains that found ''extensive overlap between the distributions of females and males for all gray matter, white matter, and connections assessed. Moreover, analyses of internal consistency reveal that brains with features that are consistently at one end of the “maleness-femaleness” continuum are rare.''

I'm not a scientist, I'm just an average joe trying to make sense of what I see, but there doesn't seem to be anything weird about a human having regions of the brains different from birth sex controls or more similar to the opposite sex. Already seems more common than not in the general population, and it also looks like you could make the case that it has just as much to do with sexual orientation. As a final note it doesn't look like they're looking for a cure for dysphoria (that'd be conversion therapy reeee) more looking for a way to validate and identify the ''true'' trans to transition them earlier, and the trutrans are gay. This is where it's beginning to look like eugenics...

There was a video that showed her dragging and dropping pre-made assets into Photoshop on her tablet, if I recall.

It’s incredible that she can’t keep to a schedule. Given the standard of writing and art, she should be able to pump a week’s worth of comics out in a day
