I said before they should give Chris community service, but real community service instead of that bullshit at the church. Picking up trash off the side of the road or something similar would be great because Chris hates any kind of physical labor and it might be enough of a pain to make him not want to do go through it again.

Same - as it's a physical punishment that he wouldn't be able to get out of by getting someone else to do it for him (like how he begs his fans for money to help him pay off his fines). Having to endure a few days picking up trash in hot weather might cause him to think twice the next time he tries to do something stupid.

But, who are we kidding - for as often as CWC whines about people playing 'kick the autistic' on him; his autism is what saves him from more deserving punishments.

I wonder if the continuance (or really any part of the hearing) is being influenced by @Null and wean hunt for two people allegedly about to have criminal charges brought against them for fucking with Chris through less than legal antics. I've got no details to even speculate what that might look like, but if the evidence sent to authorities happens to coincide with the trespassing charge, could the guilt of the other faggots be used as some sort of defense for Chris?

I'm being optimistic and posting from my butt, but a big part of that is my excitement for maybe getting to read about some raterds going to jail for fingering the feces.

Chris would absolutely understand; he'd be picking up litter because Snyder, Mary Lee Walsh, Megan and Ruckersville city council bribed the court, and the judge hates autistics. He might even work in the trolls, or that "they hate True and Honest Love" angle, if we're lucky.

Being tricked into doing something doesn't change the fact that CWC is still guilty of committing a misdemeanor. He knew he was banned from a place and had no reason to think, otherwise - and went there, anyway. He would also need to prove he was tricked; which I doubt he could outside of saying 'trolls online told me to do it' - which just isn't going to wash with the courts.

Chris isn't hard to trick, especially when it's into something he wants to happen. You're right that he still did it and it's on him to prove outside influence.

How often do we think Chris clears out his messages and emails? I kind of think he just lets the automated removal when something is X days old take care of it. So if someone theoretically decided to fuck with them, it would be easy to handhold Chris into recovering and providing those things as evidence. It's entirely feasible that it was done out of directed stupidity rather than everyday stupidity. For such a minor charge, I'd imagine the court takes that as an easy out. Clear the case, minimal supervision, get a bit of tugboat, move on to the guy who put his girlfriend through a plate glass window for the third time this year.
