Just checked the subreddit, it's not better there for him either.

This post is going to get a lot of thunkful ratings, I'm sure, but am I the only one who thinks he sounds at least somewhat reasonable here? His main argument makes sense: the point where Osana is implemented is the point where YS stops being a debug build and becomes a full demo, which raises certain expectations. It doesn't excuse that he's taking so long or how much money he's absorbing unbeknowst to most of his fanbase, but it does explain why he's focusing on so many other features instead of Osana. Last time I checked, killing Kokona in the game as it is right now is piss easy.

That doesn't change the fact that Alex is a fraud or that his code is a big plate of spaghetti, but it somewhat justifies his approach I think.

Seriously though, I think that the fanbase is falling, guys. Honestly I think it is.

A whole lot more people are starting to criticise him and the dislike ratio is higher than I've ever seen it. The subreddit is getting pissed. Youtube commenters are getting pissed. A few are defending him now. It's so bad my shitty sarcastic comments are getting likes.

Pardon my french, but top fucking kek. I wondered how he's going to handle the comment sections when it went over 6k in 15 minutes, but I guess this is a solution.

Edgy teenage kids? Spreading misinformation?
Dude, most of the comments were only adressing the fact that you are late with Osana or were critizising your way to handle things.
A lot of them were very respectful and mature too.
The only one spreading misinformation and acting like an edgy kid is you, Alex.
