The logic I'm working with here is that Phil once said he definitely doesn't have the credit to buy, but he might have the credit to rent. So just rent while you can, and then cut the condo loose when the major transaction is out of the way.

• Sell (mostly) everything in it
• Find a (mostly) pre-furnished place to rent
• Buy a storage cell for everything else
• Take the L on the CT khando and have them foreclose
• Work on rebuilding the credit

2.5 hours of explaining/shoutouts and he hasn't tried deleting the G+ account which everyone is saying will resolve the issue, including the person at Google who answered his support form. He hasn't tried it, he would rather sit here and pity party instead of trying to resolve his YT issue. He says he's facing bankruptcy without YouTube. I would jump on resolving that ASAP.
