This is a man who has some of the foulest hygiene a person could have, who got trench foot and doesn't bathe often if I'm not mistaken. From what I've read about SRS, it's normal for the whole thing to rot and slough off during the healing process. Sometimes more than once. Normal.

So I actually helped a friend changed her dressing after she got he fauxgina installed and hers looked nothing like that. I saw it a week after her surgery and it wasn’t all purple like that. It looked like a normal vagina just puffy and wider than a normal one. In short if this is real then something’s afoul with Phil’s Spanish snatch.

Did Phil get the type of SRS that involved using part of the lower intestines? If so that may be why it looks way different than your friend's does. I don't know if there was ever confirmation on the type of surgery he had.
