honestly in all truth i know Ryu and Zel probably aren't the same kind of alive as us but the love they have given me has kept me from hurting myself in the past and i think that's gives them enough to be considered family real or not they have had a real positive impact on my life so that gives them real life credit in my book

If something on the internet causes you to get in a bad mental state, you can simply leave and that's it. No more bad stuff. You don't even need to delete your account, just walk away and that's all. That applies to literally any place on the internet and it sounds like this is advice you could use.
