Some agender people do suffer dysphoria and will transition in a way that suppresses their birth sex. Someone born female might take T and get top surgery, and this is enough to alleviate dysphoria by stopping their periods and getting rid of most female traits that someone in public might notice. Whether or not you consider this "transitioning" is up to you since it's not fully going FtM or vice versa, but it is possible to be agender and dysphoric.
