I can definitely see her doing some normal activity based on those pics (thank you for digging them up btw), do we know when the transition to reclusive stuffing occured? It would be a very common situation for a high school-leaver to push getting a job as far as they can, and in this "cleverness" reach a point where they cannot mentally transition into adult responsibility and shut the world out. I think she moved to her current location for job reasons but I don't think she ever got one? Did she have one before?

She worked at New York Fries. She's worked at call centers. That's where she met Jamie aka "Peetz" and several other "lovers". She worked at a medical place where she met Rina. She worked there for a number of years, I think. They didn't pay very well so she left there for the most recent medical place. I think that's the job she moved for, as you said. She worked there for a year as a glorified receptionist but was then fired. She lied about being fired and then made an apology video confessing. I think that was one of her first major lies and one of the first things to reveal that she was a shitty person.

Perhaps it's just her goal for now, setting it to 250 instead of say, 120, makes things seem less daunting. It's possible if she reaches her goal she may set a new target.

I think she was lying about the gym manager and the rumors. What is more likely is that when Chantal saw the rumors here, she rage quit the gym which aligns with the timing of it being posted on KF. Customer retention at the gym called her a month after she canceled to see if they could convince her to sign up again, she vented and they pandered to her fatty ego.

The problem with Chantal using the word "lover" is that it simply isn't the right definition for what it is she is describing.

"Lover" doesn't really apply when the dude only fucks you once behind the fabric store. You need at least a handful of sad, furtive gropings or evenings spent bent over the Swiss Chalet dumpster to use the word "lover," and then you really should only use it if it was the same man involved in each incident of carnal exchange. If she used "hook-up" or "that parolee who hit it and quit it," those terms would make better sense.

Also, I'm not one bit ashamed to "slut shame" Chantal because I refuse to live in a world where a four hundred pound woman getting railed behind the Canadian equivalent of Joann's in public, regardless of the constancy and quality of the man involved, is something we all need to accept as part of the natural, healthy, human sexual experience.

Most of her videos have horrible lighting and tons of background noise. It would be a minimum effort way (her preferred way) of improving her content but I can’t recall her ever even considering it on video or comments. I know she used the HD camera that one time and then everyone saw the horrific details of her face and it mysteriously was never used again.

She bought a high end camera (dslr) about 6-9 months ago, then ditched it, because in her words it was too complicated. You're probably right about the real reason she ditched it however. FFS even AL figured her camera out and transitioned to it. Hell, AL even did better research and got a video oriented high end lens.
