Translation, he brings up all his various imagined mental illnesses and snowflake points in job interviews and completely tanks himself.

I honestly think he's doing it on purpose, so that he can keep whining to Daddy and his roommates about how he's being oppressed and can't get a job and can't pay for things on his own.
