The main thing I've taken fom reading the OP so far is that game show tape trading exists. Autism truly is a hell of a drug.

It was actually very common in the years before YouTube. If someone wanted to see an obscure show they remembered from their youth, that was a common way to see it. I never participated in it but I remember people posting lists of their collections online and some had literally thousands they had archived over the years.

heres a hot fresh meme from me

This legit makes me really sad. He actually wants to go out into the world and try to be independent, to work for a living instead of having to rely on his family/the government, earn his own money to buy things he wants, start a family of his own, etc. But let's be real, there are only a handful of jobs that are suitable for someone like him and none of them pay very well. I can't even see him as a cashier, because cashiers have to deal with a lot of stimulation and are expected to be able to hold a normal conversation.

I feel like Erik needs something to do, though. Maybe doing volunteer work would help him out.
There are programs that work with placing mentally disabled people into jobs suitable for their mental capacity, but the problem is that they can only do this with higher functioning people. Just going by his online presence, Erik seems borderline at best for the most menial, basic jobs (or volunteer work), and I don't know what kind of a chance they'd give him compared to someone who could actually manage that much. Especially if there aren't many job openings for them available.

I think his best option would be like some sort of day camp for adults with his mental capacity where they do basic crafts and are able to socialize. But I don't know if that sort of thing exists, nor how affordable it would be.

If he can use paint and post on DeviantArt he might be able to do simple janitorial work like mopping the floor designed with exceptional people in mind. Not sure on his work ethic but doesn't seem lazy at least?
When I was in high school there was a girl from the sped classes that was deemed high functioning to attend regular gym and choir classes, as well as volunteer with some of the other mentally disabled kids by dishing out food on the lunch line. In choir and gym she was obviously not super high functioning, but I'd guess that she was probably functioning on a somewhat higher level than Erik (this is only a guess though because I have no idea what, if any, online presence she has and we don't know Erik's behavior offline). Yet she was an absolute disaster on the lunch line, she could only realize people wanted whatever she was serving up if they directly told her so. And even then she didn't process that information very quickly, and had a tendency to slop food around as well. And this was something as simple as putting a spoon into food, scooping it out, and dumping it out onto a lunch tray. As strange as it seems, you don't have to be at the very low end of functioning to be incapable of even a basic job.

That sounds bad for :autism: since it requires interaction with inpatient people and time pressure. I imagine a slower pace job where people usually avoid you, like cleaning a table after a customer has left, would be better.

What I’m getting is that this guy’s like ric122 2: The Squeakquel, except his sperging is specifically contained to old children’s shows from the 90’s. Y’all think he’s one of those logo spergs who are scared of specific logos?
I’m sending this to everyone I know and you can’t stop me

Too lazy to use different photos..
He's not lazy he's retarded. Literally retarded. It's like some of the people in this thread aren't grasping that. He uses these pictures and ms paint and forgets to make sure that the character shitting in their pants actually wears pants because he's too retarded to do otherwise.
I'm no psychologist or neuro-scientist, but I've read that the more intelligent a person is, the more evolutionary novel and less primitive they tend to be. Studies are suggestive of a positive correlation between IQ and teenage virginity.
What studies?
