He has a grandfather that passed away in 2004 and a grandmother that passed away almost a decade later, I figured it could have been his grandfather and he's just confused but that's not it so I'm thinking a grand uncle that was close to him. His mother and father seem to be alive with his dad still owning a small business. His sister however is in Philly with a man named Michael and either is expecting a baby or already had it. Here's hoping it's not like her older brother.

That's his father, and he's dead. Nothing special I can find about him, unless you want to count him being 13 years older than his wife.

Having an obsession with a specific number is common for autists, similar to how some people with OCD have to repeat things a specific number of times or have things in increments of that number
