He's just too much of an ass in general to garner sympathy. I don't wish failure upon him...but literally don't bat an eye when his shit hits the fan.

WoT though, if you bypass the matchmaking, you can stream snipe and friendly fire him for a full hour and he can't react because he is on the clock. Thats the ticking time bomb. He puts it all at risk if he explodes. And given the autism of this site, its surely to cross over into the autism of WoT.

Reminder to catch it as a restream and not through him (to keep numbers super low)

The worst you could do is runescape is have a bunch of people follow him around saying "detractor" shit in the in game chat. It would KINDA be like WoW again but it doesn't have all those toys to mess with him. You still have things like killing cows before he gets to them, or cutting the trees before he does.

Personally I think it's the HARD insistence that unedited videos are the purest form of Let's Play and that anyone who does edit their videos can't really be called a Let's Player that elicits the reaction you're describing. I mean he has edited videos before on KOGaming, so the man isn't averse to it (though why it takes him moving heaven and earth to do so I'll never know); it's just his overly obnoxious position in regards to his "raw, unedited, gameplay" that rubs people the wrong way.

It is clearly a retcon for why he doesn't edit his videos as it's clear to anyone that if he actually had the talent to edit videos like every other Let's Player (and we're talking about even the most minimal editing, cutting the fat so that the gameplay experience remains the same) he absolutely would. He doesn't, so instead he's concocted this cockamamie excuse that this was all by grand design.

I'm not a lawyer, but doesn't this happen?

If the sentence for a crime gets sharply reduced, don't they review prisoners and consider time served?

He was invited to two podcasts and after or before he didn't attend the second they apparently went and got his personal information and started implying amongst themselves that he'd better not fuck with them. It was DSP tier paranoia.

The point is that he got banned for what's essentially fraud. I know the TOS have probably changed since then but i don't see why he should ever be unbanned.

Even if they changed I'll wildly speculate that the change wasn't "Anyone who was banned you're welcome back for a no-questions-asked second chance.

Tevin is too popular for SOK. Fred Fuchs hated when other people got views and attention so he outcasted Tevin. He did same thing with Jackie Chin. BTW Jackie Chin is guy who filed the copyright strikes and got DSP to take out a business loan in 2015. You can't make this shit up.

It seems his argument is that the improper click activity ban was on his original channel; there never was "improper click activity" on DSPGaming. I do not know how the AdSense program works, but I would assume the ban is for the individual and not the channel (which would make the most sense, as you could just hop on another channel and go at it).

. . .and it's also ludicrous to argue that you shouldn't continue to be punished just because laws have changed. The core "law" that he violated is still in effect: he tried to defraud Google and it's advertisers. Period. I would like to see how the ToS has changed that somehow makes that behavior in the past "Ok. . ."

Spoke to Jackie Chin few times in past, he's alright. I liked his parody videos of DSP Tries It. Dunno if he's still doing YouTube stuff as I don't watch much of anything on the YouTube these days.

Probably the last DSP related video I watched was the crimsonking puppet masterpiece.

Time for him to be contrarian just because he's the type to think being contrarian and hipster to the popular view makes him unique and interesting.
