In that case I'm picturing his palace as some giant kids' play place(because he created your childhood) with all kinds of shit from fairly odd parents and Danny phantom(none of the other stuff because who gives a shit about them).

Nah his palace is more like a megachurch with various statues of his works and cognitive church goers that constantly throw money into a Fairly Odd Parents themed wishing well/baptism pool.

Wikipedia says he did that after graduating. Whatever it was, he appears to have been uncredited. This would have been mid to late '80s.
(One reason to suspect this article isn't complete and may be inaccurate is it doesn't even have a birth date for him even though IMDB does. January 10, 1965.)
