I believe she is trying to say she has performed service of process by post to let Harvey Weinstein that he is being sued. Or perhaps she has filed the paperwork to formally begin legal proceedings against him, in which the next step is informing him by proper service that he is being sued.
 
None of us have anything to do with Harvey Weinstein or his company, so we couldn't possibly know what you've sent to him or his representatives.

That said, if you served him paperwork but it's not actually showing as filed anywhere, then it kinda sounds like maybe you sent a Weinstein company representative some unfiltered insanity in the form of some pretend legal documents, and that would be amazing.

No it was done a month ago. It's already been signed for.

Either Georgina or Bob didn't give him a copy or he got a copy and lost the paperwork (which is more likely)

Either way, I have signed receipts of service. I called the NY Sheriffs office and they refused to do it, so the mail receipt was used.

Good luck finding the Federal Court and the case number!

It's not my fault you let Harvey have access to legal documents to lose. It's also not my fault you can't access filed court docs.
