I love his shirt in that video. It's huge and he has tried so hard to tuck it flat across the front that the chest pocket is under his arm. He pushed all the extra material round the back where he figured no one would notice, but since that video so kindly gives us front and back view, we can see all of it back there blousing out, not even tucked, just shoved down the pants and billowing out like a sail as he strides majestically away. It's like his understanding of how professional men dress never got beyond raiding dad's closet for a school dance.

I don't get why it's so hard to get a dress shirt that fits. You don't even need anything special taylored, you can find a shirt that fits at fucking kohls. You need to know your neck and arm numbers and that's it. It's not like you have to get measured for your wedding tux every time you buy one.

It’s not that it’s hard to do, but a $15 shirt is 1% of a hooker trip. Also, multiple hours work at minimum wage.

Not gonna lie, for the first time ever it hit me that someone making minimum wage would have to work almost 2 hours to buy a $15 shirt. I mean they could go to Ross, shop clearance or go to thrift shops, but damn.... never really put thought into it til now, not even when I myself at one point was making close to minimum wage. Wow..

That's actually a pretty good budgeting tool for kids in college or high school or whatever working their first jobs. If it's a want and not a need, just think of how many hours of extra work it'll cost you. You can even get super :autism: and calculate it after taxes.

I think some people with autism have sensory problems and hate tight clothing. Possible Greer has that issue.

I am not from America, but from what I can gather here, it's gonna be two or three hours of work to afford one of those shirts. I can't speak for Russ, obviously, but if I was gonna spend that much on a shirt, I would make sure it fit me. Knowing Russ tho, he loves a bargain, so the more shirt, the more bang for the buck.

I'd bet that Russ wears hand-me-downs and/or he buys used clothes at thrift stores. He either doesn't know or care that they don't fit him properly, and anyway he probably wouldn't be willing to spend the extra time and effort to check their selection multiple times over a few weeks to see if they got something in stock that would fit him better.

I once worked with a young guy who dressed as badly as Russell, in clothes that were too big for him. It turned out that his first "professional" clothes had been hand-me-downs from his dad, who was a bigger guy. And when my co-worker hit the thrift stores to buy replacements, for some bizarre reason he kept buying the same size as his dad's old clothes, rather than smaller clothes that actually fit him.

I'm sure a psychoanalyst would have a field day with that, but maybe something similar is going on with Russell. Maybe he's still getting hand-me-downs from his old man, as one of those utterly ineffectual ways of helping their adult kids that well-meaning parents sometimes do. Russell's got some serious old-man clothes in his wardrobe (the pleated-front pants with doubled belt loops are straight outta 1993, for fuck's sake), and everything is too big. The one garment I've seen that comes closest to actually fitting him, as if it was bought specifically for him, is that cheap gray suit. Even it doesn't fit very well (though given his shitty posture and lopsided body, nothing will), but at least it's not a billowing mass of excess fabric like everything else he owns.

And he doesn't even seem to have any casual clothes, other than freebie t-shirts that he's occasionally photographed himself in at the gym--just too-large khakis and dress shirts, and that shitty gray suit.

And now I wonder whether he even buys underwear, or whether he's wearing his dad's holey, grayish old (not-so-)tighty-whiteys under those baggy trousers. Which means I've just driven the Idle Speculation Bus over the cliff and into the ravine, so I'll stop now...

I feel like I've probably said this before in terms of Russ, but the optimistic option is that it's hand-me-downs or something similar. He certainly looks like he's a 12-yr old wearing dad's suit in his ridiculous brothel "gansta" poses. That said, I think it's just as likely he has no idea how to shop for clothes and goes to department stores or walmart and picks the cheapest shirt etc (because what's the difference right?) which tend, more often than not, to fit like a cardboard box- I guess they're made with a certain body shape in mind but I can't imagine anyone looking right in them. I remember from my retail days that often guys would come in needing their first collared shirt for a funeral or court and have no clue what they were looking for but would typically buy the first, cheapest item that they would fit in- not that would fit them.

Younger people can sorta get away with it, but anyone over 25 just comes off as a buffoon baboon.

If he'd dress more casual he'd look better too. Some jeans, some t-shirt, sneakers. It's really not that hard. Nothing he does or is requires him wearing a suit or a dress shirt and slacks at any time. It also doesn't make him look "professional" as we are not living in the 50s anymore and getting away from having to wear that kind of clothing at any time is seen as a privilege nowadays. It's the mark of the office drone.

He's already misshapen, he shouldn't do anything that makes him stand out even more than he does. Also that beard doesn't hide the fishmouth and makes him look like a homeless schizo. He should also shower more often than once a week, his hygiene adds to the schizo look.

Of course all that advice is for naught. Might as well tell him to start treating women as people. Not gonna happen. He knows best.

Looks like he's just been chilling at home. Pitbull probably won't let him leave. I was hoping maybe he'd go check out the massage parlor but it looks like he's staying in this weekend.

People who haven't willfully destroyed their employment prospects by pursuing futile and insane lawsuits against pop stars, who don't bounce from one menial job to another because they can't get along with other people, sometimes do pay that fee.

That said, I imagine a lot of the people who are willing to pay it are (unlike you, Russell) actual members of the legal profession who work very long hours, but can easily afford to pay to have food brought to them because their time is worth a lot more than the extra $18.95 it costs. When you're a minimum-wage social pariah, your time isn't worth shit, so yes, you're much better off picking up your own damned food--or, better yet, staying home and eating another bowl of crappy cereal.

That comment about a boss just makes me believe he definitely has tism.

When your boss speaks to you, he wants to see you are paying attention, which means keeping your body erect (if standing), eyes forward, body posture relaxed with no motion of your hands and feet, generally with the hands at your sides and you standing in the position of attention or something close to it.

This shows you are taking them seriously and listening to them without distraction.

If he shows that kind of disrespect to bosses' regularly, no wonder he can't keep a job IMO.
It's like, he dresses the part, he wants to be a "man" so badly but he has no idea how. It's really funny. Youre still just a kid, champ.
