1. The TV will be bigger than whatever shit he has right now, so he can probably be able to at least see what's going on in games rather than him dying to very obvious things.

2. Another theory is that he'll just put the TV in his living room so he can watch Netflix in 4k instead of playing games. He clearly values watching Netflix and other stuff more than videogames so naturally he'll put that as priority.

So having a 4k TV is not entirely pointless, at least for Phil.
Phil needs glasses and doesn't wear them. I don't think a massive projector TV would save him from dying to obvious shit.

Buying an actual, bigger table off a flea market or IKEA; Not using that stupid fucking stand for the mic and having it lay on said table; Placing TV against the wall; Having couch sit right across from the TV at a reasonable distance.

These are all things that shouldn't take any more than 50 dollars and a couple hours of moving stuff around. Yet, he would rather make his supposed herniated disk worse sitting/looking at the tv at an awkward angle if only to avoid actually putting in effort.

Wow, I don't know why I thought that couch was bigger. Being able to take a picture at that angle means he is way too far away from the screen. We've already seen his tv stand with the shelves and everything covered in an inch of dust. He should really organize that mess. Alo the mess probably doesn't help with the heat in the room. Since he has an air conditioner he probably plays with all the doors and windows closed meaning it probably smells like sweaty feet and fermented mountain dew kickstart. You can see his VR goggles on the floor there, nice place to put some 4-500 dollar equipment. Couch in front of the closet he could be using to store things that he isn't currently using.

If he spilled a drink in there he'd lose several hundred dollars worth of equipment EASY.

Now Phil is going into the semantics of 'rage quit' vs. 'rage forfeit'

Edit: I think the difference he was babbling about is rage quit doesn't allow for the opponent to count the win, whereas a rage forfeit is when you just stop playing to make the player feel like they have a hollow victory. Either way, it's childish and Phil thinks he's a semantic genius for explaining it.
