Chantal Sarault / Chantal Al-Refae / Foodie Beauty - Delusional drug fiend hamplanet mukbanger from Canada trying to be a glamorous online influencer. Pathological liar, huge bitch, narcissist, animal abuser

As an American, and one from the Western US, I have never seen and barely ever heard of poutine. It’s not sold in my area at all. (And it looks disgusting, sorry Canadians, but I think I’d pass anyway)

I wanted to know if she was pronouncing it right so I looked it up on several pronunciation sites. They were all French, and all said it was was pronounced Poutine, with a really soft T, almost a ch, like Pouchine, or maybe Pout-chine.

So where she got that PooTin thing from, maybe that’s just from her province? Or is she that dumb not to be able to hear what everybody around her says?

Omg this girl is so freaking weird! So clearly involuntary, but then not only does she have the weird “shhhh” tic, she has to say “I just said shhhh.” Like we couldn’t hear it the first time. Or is that part of the tic too?

She must have some diagnosis for these tics. I want to hear what it is. Is it OCD? Now the “hey girl, hey girl, hey girl, hey” always has two more “hey heys” at the end. If she keeps that up nobody will ever watch a video because she’ll be blinking and heying away.

You dont want to eat wet cheese and soggy fries??

After reading this, Chantal is gonna start pronouncing it Pu-sheen like that fucking weeaboo cat all the legbeards keep on their keychains.

Hi, first post...long time lurker.

It's not a tick, but the amount of times she says "ya know" in a video is insane. A "ya know" compilation would be splendid. For reference, there were 30 "ya know"s in the Siracha video which is a little over 17 minutes.

I think her "SHH!" is just a passive aggressive way to say to viewers "Shut up, I know what I'm doing!"

Dafuq. She has to be trolling.

She's not going to follow through, more or less she will show up to one consultation, realize it's, "not for her," and give up, just like with when she went to the gym, and binge eaters anonymous. She wants to talk about it because she's lonely, of course you are, you ridicule or block most people out of your life to the point were the only people who want to stick around either feel sorry for you, or are around for other reasons. She will take the insight from an ass-kissing fan rather than what any personal trainer, doctor, or rational individual has tried to get into her head about her health so she can continue on with her shit lifestyle choices. "I'll eat one chicken leg," yeah right, you'll be on your third one in no time, the amount she cooked looked like it could feed a family of six, and she made it for two people, well she does eat family sized servings so it's not too surprising.

Didn't she read a book (Binge Code) that adviced her to eat 50% carbs? Didn't she also make a video waaaay back then scoffing at the idea of low carb? Criticized those who lost weight using keto? She also banned and blocked those in her comment section who recommended these things...

I doubt that a person who eats a diet of sandwiches, pasta, condiments, and poutin will be successful going low carb. Not in the long run at least. By long I mean a week.

in her earlier videos she pronounced it "poo-teen" like a regular person does, it was only when she became a greater-than-thou bilingual canadian that she began saying "poo-tin"

only quebecois pronounce it poo-tin/poo-tsin but chantal is quite obviously NOT bilingual, nor quebecois lmao (she is from ottawa? it's in ontario)

She's from Cornwall, so even further out from Ottawa. She tries to pronounce poutine like Quebecers but fails, it doesn't even sound like how we pronounce it as anglos in Ottawa. Chantal's a fake bilingual, the type who will speak exclusively english but throw in a french word every so often ex: That tourtièrrrreeeee was wonderful.

Anyways, was that shake and bake chicken? It really looked like it, also enough to feed a family of 6

Québécois will pronounce poo-tsinn... there is an S sound associated with the T. It's part of the accent, european french (France, Switzerland, Belgium) won't do that S sound due to their own accent (excepting a few village north of France where the accent is similar to the québécois one).

Chantal pronounces it like an english canadian who mimics the international french accent which is generally european. And european don't eat poutine.

Chantal is just a hick from the upper midwest. It just happens to be Canada and not upstate New York or Wisconsin. The hard "A" is quite grating imo.

Even as far as fast food goes, Chantal has some shit taste. I just looked up what poutine actually is (fries with gravy and curd cheese), just eat some nacho fries like a decent person jfc.
Poutine is actually amazing. It's one of my favorite things about Canada. I have no idea why it hasn't taken off in the states.
