One of those plastic surgery fixing shows had an otherwise normal guy in his 20's who got horns implanted in his head, and was predictably tired of people's reactions so he wanted them removed. I couldn't be arsed to finish the show, but the promo was a doctor saying it would be difficult because they would have to remove the stretched skin as well.
