Also, i've never seen ladies strolling around naked for extended lengths of time or admiring themselves in the mirror in women's changing rooms. Usually it's for the brief amount of time from when they are taking off the towel and putting on their clothes. It's for validation. If they(MTFs) can land a man that is only attracted to cis women normally then they must pass really well. It would mean all that stuff they go through be it makeup, surgery, etc. would have been worth it. I mean bisexuals are usually more than willing to date trans people but since they usually aren't as picky as heterosexual/homosexual people it won't reassure to them that they didn't make a mistake and they can live a full life as a woman/man. That's also why they're trying to lower the age to when you are allowed to pass. A lot of them think that if they were to try this when they were in their teens that they'd pass better.

The problem is that boys who had their puberty blocked may look girlish since they didn't masculinize because their bodies can't produce testosterone - but they also don't mature sexually and neither does their brain.
Their bodies, brains and genitals are stuck forever in a pre-pubertal stage or tanner stage 2 and as they get older they become adult children since they missed the most important part of human development.

We know first hand over a hundred years ago that castrating boys (or chemically castrating as with puberty blockers) doesn't stop them from looking male. Castrati were castrated before puberty and they were some short, weird looking dudes. Jazz Jennings is a high profile trans teenager who was put on puberty blockers and is similarly weird looking. Puberty doesn't just make you have mature sexual development, it matures your skeletal structure.

I don't know about women, but in the men's locker room at my gym, anybody who walks around naked for more than 30 seconds or so is gonna make a lot of people uncomfortable.
