You'd think with the release of the MMX Legacy Collection he'd at least try to capitalize on that unearned title and do a X3 Redemption Run.

I still doubt he will be able to beat Sigma, he has tunnel vision in games like that and refuses to try a different tactic. His last play through was a disaster and watching him trading hit's with Sigma burning through sub tanks was just painful. Icing on that cake was when he depleted Sigma's health but died just before that and the game didn't count it. Never heard his voice break so hard.

Phil destroys Champion Gundyr (the boss that took him an entire 3 hour stream the first time he fought it) while being absurdly overpowered then claims that the playthrough is now a "true redemption run" Correct me if i'm wrong but didn't he chew someone out for calling it a redemption run in like the first stream?

I'm sure some fanboy would tell him how to get Zero's saber. I'm sure even Phil can't fuck up the Kaiser Sigma when you only need to hit his head twice.

Edit:

A moment of silence for the Champion please. :(

...Wait, you cab do that? Shit i feel dumb trying to beat him legit despite having slower that normal reflexes

Phil is doing same thing he did to LTG. Pretending he didn't get an email. Wings said he sent the email. DSP claims he didn't see it or it's in spam folder and wings should contact him. Is DSP like terrified of collabing?

Ya. It's well established that he's terrified of human interaction even from the comfort of his own couch unless it's with a few of his nut danglers (and when was the last time he even did one of those co-op streams? Destiny 2? been a while since I tuned in to his streams) and even those are extremely painful to watch. But that wouldn't fit the whole 'nobody wants to collab with me because of the detractors dood' narrative he always pushes. With the likes of LTG and Wings, that doesn't really fly because they have their own. It was clear as soon as the possibility of him and Wings collaborating got mentioned it was never ever going to happen.

Somebody should tell him the pay rate for team killing Wings, I'm sure he'd be more interested in collabing then.

“Uh, it went to my spam folder! Email me again!”

Call me paranoid, but everyone checks their spam folder. Even companies will tell you to check your spam folder if you apply for a job or are about to do business with them since shit ends up in your spam. Just happens.

DSP is feeling cornered and is resorting to juvenile avoidance tactics. It’s like being a teenager and telling your parents you didn’t get their text messages or voice mails when you were doing shit you weren’t supposed to be doing. DSP could easily go on ancient-ass hotmail and type in “jordie” or “redemption” and find the email. But he ain’t doin’ it. Cause he don’t wanna.

I think he's scared of people who aren't sheep calling him out or gaining more people calling him out. Remember a while ago when he was dropped with a few thousand viewers from a host? Not ironically, not spitefully. As a genuine nice thing. What happened? he apparently couldn't extend stream for even an hour. Coming from a man who all that night was begging his viewers for money and had set a I think $2000 dono goal. He got that host and he ran away with his tail between his legs.

Never forget these immortal words. Spoken on a night when he pissed away hundreds maybe thousands of dollars in potential subs and donos.

If he's willing to do that, he's willing to "lose" an e-mail.

If he made $100k a year minimum barely two years ago, yet he doesn't have ANY of it saved because Phil obviously has no fucking clue how to manage his finances properly (else he wouldn't be owning a Condo he has no use for), I want to know just what in hell he's SPENDING it on.

Best guess, a lot of stupid shit. Phil is terrible at shopping because he is extremely gullible. He doesn't do any real research on products and automatically assumes the higher the price tag, the better the product. He also strikes me as a very impulsive buyer in those rare moments where he wanders out of the gout cave. Whenever he posts an instagram picture of something expensive and pointless to buy, it's a safe bet he actually bought it despite backpeddling and claiming he was just joking when commenters call him out on wasting money. We've also seen him preorder games he has no intent to play, or even instances of buying games multiple times. The buying games multiple times thing isn't exactly a common occurrence, but I think it is indicative of his general spending mentality. Phil is desperate to be seen as a successful adult, and in his mind, that means owning expensive things. That's why he leases an expensive car when he barely leaves the house, and why he desperately holds onto his Seattle home in the first place. I think he treats a lot of random possessions in the same way he treats achievements/trophies in video games. He wants to hoard them and show them off because he thinks it makes him look good or successful.

At this stage with Wings has actually done something with himself recently that's positive. Like the surgery. What the fuck has Phil done recently? (That's a genuine question I've had to move halfway round the world and I've been out of the loop). Phil doesn't like anything that makes him look bad.

As always Phil likes that feeling of control and Wings likes to have a little outburst every now and then. He could say something or do something that could harm Phil's mighty business.

He'll dance around it like everything else.

It perfectly encapsulates DSP's "career" he's a person who believes he deserves a ton of money yet won't put in the effort. For anyone who doesn't know this story, during a PUBG stream, DSP got hosted by someone popular and got 1000 streamers watching his stream. Chat went haywire, he was getting a bunch of bits, however this happened during the end of his "streaming schedule" which is VERY strict that he adheres to. Because after that stream ended and he uploaded the videos to Youtube and then on his schedule it was "relaxation time" which lasts around 4 - 5 hours, sometimes 6 or 7 if he's hitting the gin. All he does during "relaxation time" is binge watch movies, entire seasons or wrestling PPVs how he claims he needs this relaxation time after a "hard says work" or in his words he'll be hospitalised.

So, do you think DSP took advantage of the fact that he got 1000 extra viewers and he was getting bits in the hundreds by streaming an extra hour or two? NOPE. He says "Its time for me to clock out" and ended the stream, when everyone was like what the fuck, this could have paid off your taxes, he said that, and it haunts him to this day.
Then of course on the next day he was desperately begging for money to pay off his taxes and set a goal to reach which was like 2000. The day after this situation happened.

It's just the perfect DSP story as it sums up his career completely. So many missed opportunities.

As I recall, it was also on his birthday, and I'm pretty sure it was Cryoatic, the guy Phil pussed out on playing MHW with. Phil's viewer count was around...2000-2500, and people were begging him to play literally one more match (not even asking for another hour, generally speaking), and he flat refused and followed up with that infamous "some things are more important than money" line to justify getting off then, ostensibly to spend time with Kat or whatever. Of course, now that Phil is tweeting and watching movies until gin o'clock, it's clear how well that relationship is going.

This is bullshit. He'll get Patreon (~$1000) the first week of this month. He'll get last month's Youtube around the 15th of this month (maybe $800-$1600). He got his Twitch cheers and subs money from June on August 15th, which was ~$3000, and has his July money coming on the 15th or so of September (~$5000). He also got $3000 in tips in August, with nearly $800 of them (from Tut) coming in the last few days of the month. He's not broke, at all. Keep in mind that the vast majority of bills are very forgiving in terms of paying late. This fuckin' guy.

saying "it went to my spam folder, email me again" is like saying "i dropped your envelope on the floor and i'm too lazy to pick it up, can you mail another?"

in the end phil only wants to have a handful of whales throwing money at him and having a computer watching his videos 24/7, that's all. also he doesn't want to look like a bitch.
with fighting games, he can make excuses NOOB DOING ONLINE TACTICS NOTHING I COULD DO.. and he can mute the other guy.
if he goes live with wings and wings ribs phil or says something phil doesn't like, phil has to just put up with it or look like a bitch when he rage quits.

i think also phil is addicted to owning things, shopping and buying. he doesn't have friends, and soulmaid isn't even a friend, she just exists to be owned to.
[armchair psychology] phil's has something in him that makes it impossible for him to actually connect to people, and as such he developed an ego that makes him think he's above things like companionship. other people exist to help phil and nothing more. he's the PC in a world of NPCs. and phil is fucked up and lonely. he can't get the joy of talking TO people, because he talks AT people. having to listen to people bores him unless it's about him. he's fucked in the head for being alone and having no aspirations aside from "get up, drink gin, buy shit, play vidya, watch TV". aaaaaaaaand he is going to do nothing about it, and he'll be 40 sitting alone wondering why he feels so empty.. oh fucking well [/armchair psychology]

So Phil sometimes whines how he's an island and nobody wants to collab with him. Then proceeds to flee at any offer. He got a bunch of podcast interviews, says he'll do them if they pay him impossible prices, Cryoatic raids him "Sorry, gotta go!", LTG offers to fight him and DSP sends him stupid specific rules and then claims LTG never responded, Wings offers to collab with him and he magically gets no e-mail.

I think it definitely is his fear of interaction outside his bubble that he's demonstrated a lot, thats the main part of it but I also actually think he likes playing the victim. Its why no matter how much money he has, he still whines about his debt and his financial issues, its why he brings up the haters all the time. I think he's realised that by acting the victim he gets lots of positive outpouring from his community which is a change from all the hate he gets. And even if you're new to the world of DSP you know he really hates even slight criticism and soaks up positivity and praise to the point it makes him smug at times. Thats why he did that random "I'm depressed" stream that one time. He's a professional victim at this point and collabing with anyone will destroy the whole black sheep of Twitch narrative he has going on.

I know people have put together estimates of what Phil likely actually pays bill wise.

But I'd love someone to autism together a list of what Phil THINKS he pays a month. Just a tally based on everything he blurts out about needing to pay.
