I've got 13 dindu nuffins, and I'm jonesing for a picture of a poorly cropped 80s cartoon character on the backseat floor of a car thinking about how awesome it is to eat French fries there.

If I had to guess he's probably hiding on the floor in the back of his mom's car eating french fries while his imaginary five year old friends comfort him for his account getting hacked. Or "hacked" if he gave out his password willingly, but I wouldn't be surprised if it turned out to be just "mollyhale" or "penny", something easily guessed by the sped who took over his account.

I’d say what he means by “only child” is that his only remaining parent is his mother, seeing how he keeps on mentioning his dead father in the same sentence.

Thus, in his mind, he is an “only child”.
