So I think certain things are becoming more clear. There has been confusion over several things on this board, mainly due to the sheer instability of the source material.
1. I don't recall us ever having the name of the owner of the Oakland house? While they had their address exposed, I never felt like they deserved doxing beyond that. They could have been insane faux-trans or just a normal person who was kind enough to rent to a couple oddballs. Renting to someone doesn't really imply anything about them other than a desire to profit from their property. That being said, I suspect it was somebody sympathetic to LGBT causes and willing to give them a break on the rent. Also, when our duo moved in, Oakland was not yet one of the hottest real estate markets in the country, which it is now due to it having better weather than SF and easy access to downtown SF via BART trains. Couple that with rent control, and Greta/Nina weren't going to leave that place until they had to. Whoever the owner is, they were smart enough to sell out when the market appears to be near a top, so good for them! But I think it is safe to assume that is the reason that Greta/Nina will be "fulltime at La Zorra around 9/15", which matches Saline's date for getting her stuff out as "the place will be sold".
2. There was NEVER any indication that Saline/Aegean was the owner, but it was implied that she moved in with them at some point and they would all be "sister-wives". Then it sounds like they added a fourth with the Asian girl Kari. Good way to save money, but an AWFULLY tight space considering that their studio doesn't appear very large. Naturally, trouble ensued.
And, yes, I will miss Aegean's contributions as she did some solid documentation and actually did some of the heavy lifting! It was her driving the backhoe in the heat in one of the videos while Nina was getting stoned. And while she is certainly unstable, there is no evidence that she is 10% the awful bitch that Greta is. Here is her latest. Note to any La Zorra future prospies: this is how it ends. Like Animal Farm. Or Bartertown. Also, while this may read similar to "muh emotional labor/spoons" rants we've all seen, Aegean was actually doing HARD, physical labor for La Zorra.
Along with losing Aegean, I think they made a big mistake in burning bridges (assuming that is what happened) with Billie Anne, who had a lot to offer early on. She actually knows how to use solar in a desert and runs a company that does exactly that, and how to build things, but she has had no participation most of this year.
