For the longest time I was actually thinking the lawsuit was for attention whoring puposes and not much else. While it certainly is also about that, (everything crusty rusty does is) it's obvious that he actually takes it serious on it's "legal merits". I am actually convinced he's still hoping on somehow scoring with Taylor Swift when he defeated her in court and all this "ugliness" is past and he probably spends a non-trivial amount of time thinking about it every day, like it's some pressing issue. It's crazy. The woman doesn't even know he exists. Not all that uncommon for stalkers though. I can only repeat what I said already a bunch of times - thank god he's an idiot. You know, if I were Songcat, I'd sue Rusty for for his repeated attempts to tarnish my reputation. He consistently says that it wasn't his song, but the artist who recorded it that sucks. Here's the thing Rusty, they are actual music professionals however small in scale in comparison to TS or AG or your obvious great talents. They have a professional reputation to uphold and I'm sure they looked at your 90 seconds of absolute garbage and thought, well, it's a paycheck and did their best to present it the best way possible. You didn't go to them and ask for money back or ask that certain things be re-recorded, in fact, IIRC you were quite pleased with it before it failed to get you your penis sucked. AnOnimous pointed this out but the reason that the line is drawn after gay marriage and before polygamy is because polygamy is rife with potential for government fraud/abuse. If you could marry unlimited partners, it’s very easy to use that to defraud welfare, Medicare, etc.

Not to mention the total headache it is for the government to enforce marriage contracts with potentially unlimited parties to the marriage.

Unsurprisingly, Russ quotes a dissent as if it might be a source of legal authority... a dissent has as much legal authority as a post on the Orchards.
