He won't have his internet fame to fall back on with a yard sale. Smelly junk is just smelly junk to most people, it's only when Chris has his name slapped on it do some weirdos start to become interested in it.
But with ebay, Chris can overprice to his heart's content knowing his fans will still buy. People at a yard sale won't be spending $300 on blankets or $30 on a signed soda can.

Chris has a lot of non-CWC "brand" junk. If she learned to get rid of the things she doesn't really need, I could see it going well, but Chris is pretty stubborn..
"Its too much work for Barb to do since she's an old woman, malnutritioned, and in desperate need of Dental Work [Please BUY NOW] and it's too much work for this young woman because even though I'm a Goddess in multiple dimensions, I can't raise my heart levels enough to do so. Please buy this autographed 1000$ sock that looks a little bit like my late father Bob, whose stamp collection is still on sale!"
Hopefully Chris does think a yard sale is possible in the future. It's the only way to get rid of a large amount of items without giving them away. Most hoarders refuse to give their stuff away, especially when they face financial issues. In their mind, the hoard is an investment for the future despite actually being a pile of wasted money. I had a family member that thought the same way.
I wonder if selling two of Barb's blankets for $300 from the hoard has now given her an unrealistic expectation for the countless other items.
Guys Chris seems to really suffer when Barb schreeches at him to sell his stuff, so it might do him some good if nobody buys Chris's stuff. That way Barb will stop pestering Chris once she realises that nobody buys his things, but as long as people keep buying from Chris, she'll keep bothering Chris.
So all you Smart Individuals like @Depression_Begins that like buying Chris-chan's garbage.
Please stop doing it, for Chris Chan.
I love how Barb is essentially being a loan shark to Chris, to the point where he dreads her showing up to his room. That whole dynamic is pure comedy.
I went and looked at the tweets. There are four, and they run in reverse order.
This was someone talking about Alzheimer's and how much strength you need to help someone with it. It's about love. It is not crabbing about a relative who is perfectly fine but is just lazy as hell.
But I suppose everything must be about Blueheart Zappadore Sonichu Goddessprincess Nightshart...
