I fully understand someone that cares about real life politics would want to use their platform to influence it if they could, but Sargon is delusional if he thinks that his online identity is somehow respectable. He's spammed interracial porn to "troll" the alt-right, said white niggers and others slurs, and generally been an extremely online shitposter. You can't move from that to super serious political operative, that's not how real life works.

Ultimately this is a result of a mid life crisis, he wants to be seen as a real adult rather than just that guy from youtube. He feels like he has grown beyond his current identity and wants to move beyond it. It's almost sad

Do you know where you are? What is this community based on, if not laughing at people who aren't us? In a way, Jim directly embodies most of what this forum stands for.

I'm aware of where I am. However, I believed this was a place where people mocked spergs on the internet regardless of whether or not you like them, not where people take turns fellating some asshole's ego.

TBH, the fact that Sargon seems to be cracking and going after Jim out of the blue makes me think that there's something that's gone on between them lately that we don't know about yet, and will likely find out about in a few hours. But anyway, I'm not sure that the majority of people here are "dicksucking" Jim so much as mocking Sargon for taking his bait. Jim is clearly a jerk, being unnecessarily mean to many people in the name of "trolling," and it's obvious that this reaction from Sargon is probably what he's wanted for months. Thing is, Sargon has every ability to just ignore it and move on, and every reason to do so because, as you said, the chances of coming out of something like this looking good is practically zero. Plus, looking at those "suit" comments and his other attempts to paint himself as more "adult" than Jim in general, you can't really expect people not to eat him alive with laughter.

Although the one thing I do disagree with is that lot's of people seem to think that Sargon potentially revealing embarrassing details about Jim's past is some sort of moral transgression, when that's pretty much the whole point of Kiwi Farms and what Jim's videos are about. The fear mongering about "doxxing" for linking to an archived Kiwi Farms thread is even sillier. I guess it's just another reflection of these IBS veterans' two-tiered morality system where nothing really matters unless it's being done to them and people within the circle can get away with lots.

I think you're misunderstanding what Jim took issue with, which was people co-opting movements for financial gain and entering into communities with the intention of making money off them. Once a few skeptic/gamergate channels like Sargon were firmly established and it was observably profitable, hundreds of skeptic channels began popping up all with the same content and from the first video they uploaded they had their Patreon and Paypal links shilled. Jim didn't change his content just to make money, he was doing the same content for a decade before needing to monetize. In contrast you get another GG'er like Mundane Matt. When we look at Matt's internet history we see that one year he's describing himself on Reddit as a progressive, the next year he's fighting Anita and Zoe as a kekistanni footsoldier but here's always a constant; the PayPal link in his bio.

Disagree. By that logic he should've wiped the floor with all of the dickriders who latched onto his form of content, e.g. your Ralphs, your Wildsmiles, Warskis, etc. The only thing this episode shows is Jim's not applying his precious principles uniformly.

Jim has repeatedly stated he stopped working because of some unspecified illness. The only thing separating him from Spoonie in this regard is the quantity and description of said ailments.

well jim is also losing subs, he lost more than 200 already - and he has a smaller channel - if you blow it up to sargons numbers he lost almost as much as sargon (around 1k)
