Talk about a real FBI honeypot.

Buy a six pack of your favorites, pick a tall building with a nice view, enjoy the shitshow that's about to happen.
I’ll be ordering pizza as well. I’m going to just laugh at the shit that’s going to come out of it.

The ones I’m looking forward to are MovieBob, Dobson, The Young Turks, CNN, MSNBC, much of Hollywood, all those verified liberal cucks on Twitter, and those college protests.

Someone's probably brought it up, and I know, don't explain the joke, but a lot of Non-Americans on this forum probably don't know that story, which sucks, because it's a pretty funny story.

During a sound check for a presidential address, Ronald Reagan made a joke.
Ronald Reagan said:
My fellow Americans, I'm pleased to tell you today that I've signed legislation that will outlaw Russia forever. We begin bombing in five minutes.
Parts of the Red Army were placed on alert for 30 minutes.

But the ironic thing is that it was not broadcast at the time. It was leaked to the general public afterwards by someone at NPR--which organization had the recording--and then it was exploited during that election year to say that Reagan was reckless and irresponsible.

Which is hilarious, because the message is clear in context of current events: It is irresponsible to trust leftist demagogues, even in private.

Ronald Reagan gave regular radio addresses and known to be a bit of a jokester. During one of them, the clock in the studio was off by a few minutes so he was doing a sound check with a hot mic and it was broadcast. He was joking around, said the above and it was broadcast to the nation & the world (and IIRC parodying either the previous week's address or the upcoming one). The part that was really off putting was he said it in full presidential speech mode, with all the laughing technicians on the other side of soundproof glass.

edit: I was wrong, it was not broadcast (I'd been told it was). Poster above me is correct, NPR leaked it, proving they've always been treasonous. Why do my taxes fund that shit again?

Honestly, I want to see one of these liberal outlets fight Kavanaugh on the level they ascribe to him. Why not make Kavanaugh's confirmation determined by a drinking contest? Or by a fight determined by throwing ice at each other? When you've turned American politics into such a joke, why not do something like that?

I swear every Trump tweet is a brainlet ideologue honeypot.

I want it understood that I am 100% in favor of women's rights.

For instance, the right to not have people instantly believe any accusation against us just because someone higher on the Victimization Totem Pole declares us guilty of something. And to protect that right, I demand it be enforced for everyone, including cisgendered white Christian men who don't vote the "right" way.

Trump promotes anti-Semitic conspiracy theory on Twitter
The President of the United States thinks sexual abuse survivors are paid by George Soros.

The anti-Semitic conspiracy theory that George Soros, a wealthy Hungarian-American businessman who has donated millions of dollars to progressive causes, is paying people to protest President Donald Trump is a staple of the conservative ecosystem.

Last week, Fox News’ Laura Ingraham tweeted “SOROS STRIKES AGAIN” after Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ) was confronted in a Senate elevator by survivors of sexual assault.

Now the President of the United States is getting in on the anti-Semitic action, claiming that protests against his Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, who has been accused of sexual misconduct by multiple women, were “Paid for by Soros and others” in a Friday tweet.

The very rude elevator screamers are paid professionals only looking to make Senators look bad. Don’t fall for it! Also, look at all of the professionally made identical signs. Paid for by Soros and others. These are not signs made in the basement from love! #Troublemakers

This was the first time Trump has mentioned Soros on Twitter, per the Toronto Star’s Daniel Dale. However, The Atlantic’s David Frum noted Soros was one of the “three identifiable “faces of international finance”” featured in a 2016 Trump campaign ad that was widely criticized for its anti-Semitic overtones.

The Washington Examiner’s Dave Brown noticed that Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) floated the conspiracy theory about Soros paying Kavanaugh protesters during an appearance on Fox Business less than 90 minutes before Trump’s tweet.

Maria Bartiromo asked Chuck Grassley this morning if he thinks George Soros is paying the elevator protesters. "I have heard so many people believe that. I tend to believe it," Grassley said. Trump tweeted the accusation about 80 minutes later

Ana Maria Archila, one of the sexual assault survivors who was filmed confronting Flake last week, responded to Trump’s tweet in a statement, saying, “No one can pay for someone’s lived experiences.”

According to the Anti-Defamation League, “The Hungarian Jewish billionaire, Holocaust survivor and philanthropist figures prominently in anti-Semitic tweets, with claims that he directly uses his largess to fund false flag events. One noteworthy allegation claims that Soros was responsible for the deadly ‘Unite the Right’ rally in August 2017 in Charlottesville, Va. Other tweets refer to his Jewish heritage in pejorative terms and claims that he’s trying to undermine Western civilization.”

ThinkProgress’ Casey Michel recently explained the anti-Semitism behind conservatives’ Soros conspiracy theories:

Of course, as with most conspiracies, there’s a far darker reality lurking behind the notion that Soros is responsible for all the ills facing down nationalist movements. While most of those pushing Soros-based conspiracies don’t come out and say that Soros is evil because he’s Jewish, it doesn’t take much sleuthing to discern the anti-Semitism behind the conspiracies. Between the imagery of Soros pulling strings to the fact that Soros has effectively replaced “the Rothschilds” as the go-to for any conspiracy about an international cabal thwarting the people’s will, it’s not hard to catch the bigotry lacing the rising conspiracies about Soros.

Conservatives have a history of attempting to smear survivors of traumatic events as paid “crisis actors.” Sexual assault survivors’ attempts to confront Kavanaugh’s supporters have not been received well by Republicans.

The Washington Post reported in January 2017 that people were paid to attend Trump’s campaign launch announcement.

This has been updated with Grassley’s appearance on Fox Business.

Anti-Semitic? What?

Wait, is this like how criticizing Obama's policies for any reason is racist against blacks, and not voting for Hillary Clinton for any reason is misogyny?

It's like ancient mythology, where you have the gods as personifications of concepts rather than actual people--except in this case, you're taking a person and trying to fob them off as an anthropomorphized concept (and god).
