Has anyone else here been keeping up with the BetterHealth thread? Long story short, a significant number of Youtubers have been caught shilling this so-called online mental health program through heartfelt testimonials of their own angst, stress and the woes of being a full-time YouTube personality... only to discover true strength and inner peace through BetterHealth. They just all forgot to mention the bit where they're being paid for this, the service is a bunch of overpriced and underperforming shite, and going by the metrics it's likely to be another data-harvesting scam with a flimsy 'self-help' veneer. A data-harvesting scam that deliberately sets out to target and prey on people who are already mentally ill enough to require regular therapy. This rabbit hole is deep, and the rabbits are stealing your personal data to sell it to advertisers and charging you $35 a week at least for the privelige. Oh, and they all have the face of Shane Dawson.

Guess who's among the YouTube stars who's been caught out shilling for this bullshit service? Why, none other than everyone's favourite neon-haired noungender space prince, Laineybot. What a lovely thing for her to share with her audience of navel-gazing, terminally insecure Tumblr teens, kids who are already primed to start self-diagnosing themselves with mental health problems because that's all there is to do on Tumblr apart from pretend to be trans and accuse other users of being cishet shitlords, no doubt entirely out of the goodness of her own heart.

With the exception of ASPD, no personality disorder requires you to be 18+ to be diagnosed -- and I've still met 14 year olds diagnosed with ASPD. It's recommended these conditions not be diagnosed in minors, and BPD in particular in teenagers (particularly <16) will often be prefixed with 'potential' or 'prodromal', but there are plenty of teenagers getting the diagnosis. Some actually have the underlying neurotype, some...don't.

Lainey is sorta notoriously known for shilling anything for money on her channel. She's had many very questionable sponsors and she's been given a lot of shit for them. I remember reading comments on her BetterHelp videos and many people called it a scam since they never matched with a real human. Lainey got paid so she won't care that the mentally ill are being exploited, she's the female version of onion after all.

Where I live it's not called "Baker Act" its called "TDO" or Temporary Detention Order. Either way, all states have ways to make sure mentally ill get to the hospital and stay long enough to get some help. We all know Greg though, if he was forced to go to the hospital as soon as he was discharged he would claim he knows more than the doctors and he wouldn't take any DRUGZ or go to any follow up appointments.

If Trot and Clot are in any kind of school parents are going to talk about Onion clan. If you google "Gregory Avaroe" all his drama shows up. I don't think there's anyway for their kids to have a normal childhood. One nosey parent will look him up or hear from another student that he's on youtube. Not to mention his attitude puts people off immediately he always acts superior and like he knows everything or knows better. He's gonna piss off some parent.

If he ever wants to start over they should switch to her maiden name, 'cause it's Anderson.
