Hell, they even honored custom currency issued in his name like legit money and when his self appointed emperor outfit got messed up, the city bought him a new one because they liked him that much.

His funeral prompted the business community of the city to upgrade him from a pauper's grave to a full blown funeral with the best casket money could buy, and the entire city mourned his passing.

He died in poverty, but was celebrated like the Emperor he declared himself because he understood that his "subjects" deserved the same loyalty he demanded.

Lunatic he may have been, but if he were alive today, I'd honor him as the regal personage he truly was, title or not.

Yes, but it rarely happens on first becoming aware of my discoveries and teachings. And someone has to be at least open-minded to reincarnation. Those that are convinced of reincarnation being real are the ones who will possibly believe my claims. But even they are usually not real well-educated in the latest science, math, history, linguistics, and comparative religion.
