I think “autistic” as an insult often makes more sense than “retardéd” because generally people with Down Syndrome seem pretty harmless and uninvolved. Meanwhile, a high-functioning internet autistic acts like a pompous ass while also demanding special treatment because they have a disability.

No. No, no, no, no. I don't care about the surgery stuff with trans people and I don't care what they do. But Cancer will always have a higher priority over top surgery. There are ways to go around the covering of breasts with binders. With Cancer you have to go fast and get treatment or you fucking die. Cancer patients will always get first choice.
If I had only one choice I will ALWAYS go with the Cancer patient because that's something that has to be done or it's fatal and the Cancer eats at you.

This is a very controversial post on Tumblr, by the way. And when I wrote "no" it's because the original post I saw were people arguing why top surgery is just as important as CANCER REMOVAL.
