RANDI! Jake got blocked by Chuck Wendig after someone encouraged him to install a blocklist and Jake is Googleshnging and crying about blocklists, again, while trying to compare it to real life anti-gay discrimination (because of course every troon on a blocklist must have only been blocked for being a troon, and not a harasser, creep, abuser, etc.) "devastating" "kinda my whole thing" "ruined a ton of lives" http://archive.fo/mtuox

Gotta love Jake's blocklist dramas. He can never quite figure out how to walk the line between wanting to use mass-blacklisting against anyone he doesn't like and how to stop people from using it against him because they don't like him. "Hmm, a bunch of nazis are @ing this guy on twitter and I want to fight them but for some reason he blocks MEEEEE?" should be a wakeup call but, nah.

Strangers constantly mistake him for a girl.

jake-alley-2009-stevens-creek-park2-png.432456

I'm guessing he's talking about before the gnome beard, when he was a child? Maybe this isn't quite the same as the 'TERFs want to rape me!" nonsense in that there may be a kernel of truth behind it... because some of this stuff actually happens to kids, albeit minus the exaggeration that Jake throws on everything.

Nobody ACTUALLY mistook him for a girl, of course, but they probably called him a girl because he bawled his eyes out and acted like a complete pussy. That's probably also why they threw shit at him and smacked him around. Standard shit that kids do because they're awful little creatures. But most kids who get bullied (or bully) eventually move on and up (college, work, etc) while Jake decided "well, I'll show them, I'll BE a girl and now they can't hit me!" and ruined his life.

What a complete crock of shit. There are plenty of reasons why candidates lose votes and unless you talk to a large amount of people about why they're swinging voters, you're in no position to speak with authority about the causes of lost votes.

The assumption that every voter is an idealist, whether Democrat or Republican, is deeply flawed.

"astoundingly offensive"
Troons are an extreme minority. Their population appears larger on the internet because most of them are attention seeking NEETs that spend all day on social media (unlike me, who spends all day on kiwifarms. Totally different), but in the real world you could go your entire life without meeting someone who would be the sort of person who would be offended by that tweet. So many internet people, just in general, would benefit from having more forced IRL interaction with people who are different from them.

If we're pulling facts out of our ass, I would speculate that a similar number of people have already decided to buy the game just because of the ridiculous outrage. Cyberpunk is going to do fine.

It's more than flawed, it's just wrong and stupid. Jake has no fucking clue about why people vote the way they do, even though there have been literally thousands of studies done on the subject. There are as many voting styles as there are people. There are people who voted for Obama twice and then voted for Trump. There are single issue voters on issues like abortion who will quite simply not vote for any candidate at all on the opposite side, as just one example.

There are a lot of voters who care about absolutely nothing but the economy so whoever is making noises on the subject (it was Trump last time) is going to get their vote. There are obsessive policy wonks who analyze every position they can. There are low information voters who just vote for whoever seems likable.

And then there are people who just vote for whatever their party is, and sometimes, that's just what their parents' party was, and don't otherwise think much about it. There are people who just vote for whoever seems more likable.

This is just a fact.

“A decent slice” you mean all 15 trannies that wouldn’t have bought the game anyway because they’re broke? Fuck off Jake, you’re a transtrender and a tiny portion of the already tiny tranny population.

If Jake's so concerned about voting, maybe he should have a word with his new bestest friend in the world Becky Gerber, who isn't even registered.

Also, how likely is it that Jake, himself, votes?

He's kept his voter registration active in all recent elections. His Voter ID is 003061306 and his address as in the dox in the thread.

Huh. Besides the fact that he's completely wrong about how and why people vote, and as usual exaggerates wildly about all numbers related to voting, he passes the most basic bar for bitching about elections, which is that he at least takes part in the process.

It's a very low bar, but still. The tiniest of kudos to Jake for being merely wrong this time around.

I want to say @CyrusKissFanClub looked at that again in the past few months and Jake's mom brings him to vote with her every time.
