I'm not. I'm just noticing the double standards in the way the Jim dox being handled relative to the dox of other Internet Famous™ YouTubers.

And no, we only know the city Sargon lives in, not his home address.
 
So far this is just sort of interesting but I have a feeling something really funny will happen as a result of those dox in the end. Jim's angered a bunch of lolcows and now there's something they can feel a sense of victory over. Lolcows usually do more retarded shit when they feel empowered and that means more laughs for me.

It's not so much double standards. It's how the dox came about. Some old Kiwi wanted to troll new Kiwis since the new Kiwis came from Metokur. And, in doing so, made the site look like a bunch of a-logs rather than being neutral about it.
Either way, after reading chat, Null and some of the older users have restored my faith in this site.

I know this. I'm mainly commenting on idiots and people who run gay OPs that thought this would be the bomb to bring down Jim. I know Jim isn't a scared cow either. Nobody on this forum is a sacred cow. There are some more well liked than others, of course. Dox in my experience have been 1) boring or 2) wrong. I think this is real, but I'm more pushing at buttons as to people who thought this would end him. Like the jceaser thing to Ralph.

There was a ton of a-logging going on over this. That's why I find it so pathetic

I'm mainly directing it towards people who are irritated at this. Who wanted to do it for A-Logging shit when it turned out to be just a normie. I already knew that he was, from what I pieced together from him talking. He was always aware and ready he would get doxxed. It isn't like this hit him by surprise.

I said before, I'm mostly going to the people who thought this would be a massive bomb. Jim has said he knew he'd be doxed and he said he'd keep doing the same thing he's been doing. There are people out there who thought that this would end him, and that's who I'm addressing.

Nope, wrong. Don't give a fuck. The only thing I would laugh at is if the massive amounts of coke thing were true, and you don't need a dox to do that, the media would have found out already. I also think making fun of him after his wife miscarried is fucking terrible as she hasn't done a thing and that's horrible for someone to go through.

Also why would I care if some speds address was released? Nothing will ever beat Carl Benjamin's Gamer Gate 2.0 in terms of hilarity over any dox of his that could possibly exist.

Yes. Truth is an absolute defense for defamation. Since Maddox was actually cucked, it was true. It doesn't matter if its malicious if its true (this is important). The plaintiff must also prove economic harm, which Maddox somehow calculated to $348 million. Which was absolutely ludicrous.

So to sue Jim for defamation, you'd have to prove what he said isn't true (he usually uses people's own words, so not going to work there) and you have to prove economic harm, which is extraordinarily difficult. This is why a lot of people typically don't get sued for this in the US, because defamation and libel are incredibly different to prove.

Can Jim be said to have done anything libelous considering the people he has done videos on. And if so, wouldn't that involve people having to show how they weren't committing crimes and doing weird shit?

That never came to court, Maddox's case was dismissed for being either A. Frivolous, or B. In an inappropriate venue.

This is funny stuff. I don't see how people can say "but, there's no real proof" though.
I like Jim, but christ, this is pretty damn conclusive imo. I can understand being wary, but some of these guys sound like they're in denial.

usually when a cow or e-celeb gets doxed, they publicly freak out, DFE, or both

jim was just ambiguous enough as to leave it open-ended as to whether the dox is accurate, and any margin of doubt is enough for these spergs. i'm still not 100% sure myself, but i don't see it as a moral question where daddy jim needs to be defended by little old me. i just want to see absolute, unambiguous confirmation. either way, it is what it is

These person in the call is almost as bad as those in the comments section. I bet every person shielding Jim in this call at some point has used someones personal information or looked into personal information to win an internet argument, they probably all had a good laugh at Kraut's fetishes last year without the moralizing and he was hated way more than Jim.

That aside, I always thought Jade would dox Jim but I was expecting it after a bad breakup, not because she wanted to vote Trump in what's not even a swing state.
