I did a bit of poking around, and it looks like he isn't bullshitting about filing against Tank in small claims court.

Unfortunately, the state of Washington doesn't allow you to view case details for municipal and district cases. Regardless, the date, case number, and court match up to the document he snapped a photo of and sent to Tank, so it's safe to say he wasn't just making empty threats.

It's also interesting to note that he's listed as a defendant for a case that was filed just 10 days later, so I'd be curious to find out what that's about.

Short of going to Dylan's house and killing him, there was little they could do. There is no real way to really liberate a person from domestic violence until they are genuinely ready to go. You can coach them on avoiding love bombing and "hoovering," you can offer them safe places to stay, you can get the police involved, but there's little you can do to get someone to leave when they haven't made the changes to separate permanently. This is all so salacious because of the ball inflation, the harem, the pup/slave contract, but on the most basic level this boils down to domestic violence - a romantic partner forcing their loved one to engage in or to endure harmful treatment in order to prove their love or dedication, with threats of emotional, physical or financial harm to punish those who try to leave or speak out against the treatment. Sometimes all you can do is make sure people like Tank get justice in the end.
