I'm glad there's an article that's actually talking about Dylan's involvement and not acting as if he's his poor partner dealing with the grief of one of his boyfriends dying.

What I'm saying is I just don't buy what he's selling at all. It's all just stage-managed and posed photos. All of his energy goes into creating the appearance of this scene/life - and that's the important thing. All we have to go on is the photos as documentary evidence - it's common knowledge that he photoshops everything. He does not act like a dominant at all - in the way he conducts himself or the videos I've seen of him. It's a fantasy that he puts out on social media.

Yes, in person he is quite short. Everything about their online presence is curated and photoshopped to make him look bigger, taller, and more substantial than he really is. Most of the posts are fake. I have seen them go to an event, order food, and take two bites while they take photos. Then they promptly throw the food away and leave. I did not mean to imply Jack was totally complicit in what happened to him. My argument was that he made decisions for himself that played a part in this sad, premature end. He had a brain in his head. I don't have a problem with civil disagreement, but I just can't view him as a helpless damsel; he was not stupid, insane, or, at the outset, helpless. He walked into a trap, yes, but he walked into it. I agree with the consensus that Dylan is an abuser.
