What it looked like to me from reading Tut's chatlog was that Tut donated $150 and Dark just said it was from 'Anonymous', snub 1 but Tut didn't get too ruffled.

Tut then @ 'ed Dark asking him a question which Dark completely fucking ignored. Snub 2 as Tut had just given him $150. Tut starts getting heated at this point and demands Dark answer his question and still gets ignored. What, does he have to send him more money with his question attached to get it acknowledged after he just sent a decent sum of money? (Yes, that's exactly how it works Tut  it's not even a unique thing to get directly shit on and B& shortly after donating :unholy: )

Mods and general streamchatters then begin shit-talking Tut. Possibly Infinite_55 was PM'ing someone talking shit about Tut, and that person PM'ed Tut about it.

Basically, Phil, your Mod decided to escalate a situation and personally antagonize a large donator instead of keeping a level head and behaving like an adult and now you are possibly out $1,200 because of it. But you didn't do anything right? This is just the environment you have cultivated for your livestream, and you were behaving like the same piece of shit you always do, how could anyone fault you for that?

If I remember, Tut already did a chargeback for SFV tips when he didn't get what he wanted out of Dark, and got the money back.

@Raven'sChild a succinct summation of Phil's current bullshit-ery :like:

I'll make the very minor correction (just cuz this useless info is in my brain and I'll never again have a reason to use it ) that Phil revealed he has a single "backup PC" in his closet during an impromptu IRL stream. The two PCs he claims he needs to stream computer games would be that spare and his current one.

Up until fairly recently the said IRL stream had remained unmolested with the rest of the Twitch VODs Phil had deemed unprofitable for Youtube. For some reason, he's since deleted some of those videos, including that stream VOD. The remaining recording, with the mention of the spare PC, is preserved by Mr. Huth Stuff.

Google is telling me Paypal allows chargebacks up to 120 days from the transaction.

This is true, however you can dispute past payments from up to 365 days; at least in my experience.
There is a few different disputes you can make, one of them being "I didn't get the service I was promised" something of that nature. Technically speaking, if Dark doesn't put Tut's name on the leaderboard for that $150 tip when it is stated in "the business" that should happen when someone gets the top tip, Phil hasn't completed the service.

I know it's a weird, almost :autism: thing to think about, but tips aren't REALLY donations, it's just a really shitty/onesided transaction. You pay for the shoutout, and if you tip the most, you pay for your name to be manually typed in for 100 people to see during a Dragon Quest stream. D$P doesn't have anything on his Twitch saying it is up to his discretion to put a name up for a tip (unless the name is offensive, which clearly it is not), so if you really want to go down the rabbit hole on this one, Tut is in the right for this specific tip.

Which is fucking pennies for part 1 of a brand new AAA release, so I don't know why he's bragging about it being some success. Either he's just trying to hype it up to make it look like he's actually cared about on Youtube, or his channel's earnings are just THAT bad.

Other possibility is that his CPM is increased, since that's apparently what happens this time of year. It could be that it didn't increase as much as in previous years when Phil had a network that could land more profitable ads?

One speculation I heard is since DSP's views per month dipped below 1 million he is not getting the top tier ads which is leading to less ad revenue.

Soulmaid is getting an earful of manbaby crying all night and day.

I'm sure it will be a fun and cool day of shopping with Kat while crying that Tut literally stole thousands of dollars. Can't buy that bluray because some idiot troll stole all my money! Guess we'll have to buy store brand bottled water because I can't pay my taxes because YouTube fucked up again! Looks like we can't go out to get a $20 bowl of gourmet ramen at the mall because the viewers are lazy and didn't tell me I misnamed my videos for two whole days! Gonna have to put premium gas in the car instead of ultra premium because I'm being crushed by a mountain if debt because the idiots at the helicopter factory fired me, Reee, their best worker. I got an award, did you see my framed award in the bedroom Kat?

I remember a twitlonger from DSP that said a major reason Leanna and him broke up was because there were financial problems.

This guy was messed up last night. If he streamed drunk he would be 1,000x more interesting and entertaining for both detractors and fans. He couldn't stream in whatever shape one was in to think this was a winner of a profile picture, but maybe half way there would be a good spot? Just enough to get him relaxed, talking, maybe feel comfortable enough to answer a question as simple as "what's your favorite movie?" He's always asking for something that would improve his stream that would take no effort and the answer was here the whole time. Gin is his golden ticket.

Yeah Phil really was an idiot for taking that money out of the Paypal; streamers I know and listen to ALWAYS keep that money in the account for the 120 and usually if it is a very large donation/tip PM the user themselves and ask for validation like a yes etc etc. This can then be used as evidence to support a counter claim because it is evidence that they did want to do it. Tut most likely will get it back as Phil never chases this shit up also it does make his anonymous tips look very suspect and I think he is getting charged back more than we suspect. We know some people never charge back but I have a feeling these anonymous tippers do.

Phil ultimately played himself here because Tut really made him look greedy and if Tut already charged back the August money then Phil is stupid for spending it because he knew it was bound to happen.

He did this to prep up his reeeemergency too, he done this shit about this time last year he alluded to tax issue and people outright said taxes and he lied about it because he was caught out. His money in October from what I have seen in tevin's streams and his are very flaky. He will get like $100 in one day or $200 then proceed with like $20 for 5 days after which is not a good cross to die on.

I suspect he has made about $1500 tops this month with his youtube and plummeting subs back down to 496 his lowest in some time because of artificial inflation. this month he probs only made $1000 on youtube and subs if not prime are $1.240 and paymetons is at $650 remember this is a front facing number and they have a nominal fee applied so more akin to $590. this all comes up to $4.500 meaning for December he is going into it with $3900 but we dont truly know so ballpark 5.500 to be safe. His figures have dropped down significantly as he prepares for hardcore begging remember he needs to pay those December taxes.

Apologies for the autism but its shaping up to be a very interesting hardcore begging season indeed with the dip in money and the whales dissipating.

Unrelated to anything except some videos I've seen the past days. I'm seriously sick and tired of Dave's inability to explain anything. He thinks he explains stuff, is really smart by ranting over 100 things with his smattered opinion, but for all we know he spouts a lotta words but hasn't said anything. I doubt he avoids getting deeper into his rants on purpose, he's just unable to question himself and to think around even a small corner, as he is Phil Dark Burnell, the guy who is always right. Just take his word, yeah no thanks. Being honest doesn't mean he is right, but for some reason he seems to equal those definitions.

So explain to the audience, Phil, in which way is "every gamer, professionals and common gamer hurt when publishers give away early copies"? What is the damage in this process?
No, Dave! You and only you get hurt in your piggybank by this because other people can stream it earlier than you,as if their career have anything to do with your ruined lifestyle. The common gamer gives no shits! Don't pretend you argue for the sake of the general public.

The same goes for his bullshit opinion of how we don't need early reviews anymore, just don't buy it on day 1 and wait for reviews.
No, Dave! People want their game as early as possible because they want to play it, and the more early the review the better they can decide if they really want to buy it. But this is not about the poor gamer society, it's about Dave and his stream views, he doesn't give a single shit about equality.

He has to learn to elaborate and hold his personal feelings back, in his own words "be a professional". Because mostly his argument goes like: They are assholes and I'm not, therefore support me.
This helps nobody. It's brainwashing for his own benefit. Scrub.
